”Happy anniversary, Bette and Tina!” Everyone chorused merrily, holding out their glasses.

”Wait, I’d like to propose a toast!” Alice exclaimed as she stopped the groaning group from drinking their champagne.

”Al, I’ve already toasted” Helena claimed with disaffection.

Alice waved her off. ”You did a shitty job, no one does toasts better than Alice Pieszecki”

”I highly doubt it”

”You can doubt as highly as you want, I don’t care” Alice told Helena if a bit spitefully.

”God, Al, just toast already!” Tina shouted in laughter, shaking her head at the bickering couple. She glanced up at the tall brunette, who stood by her side, looking as fabulous and sexy as ever. Bette met her gaze, smiling at her warmly.

”Okay!” Alice called out. ”I want to say that today’s the big day for you, Porter and Kennard, because frankly speaking no one has ever thought you two would stick together for this long. Probably all of us perfectly aware how Porter likes her loyal groupies drooling over her and how Kennard actually hates them all” The bold blonde said, causing the loving couple to gasp. Alice continued, ignoring Bette and Tina’s hateful glares. ”But you know what? Only a tough superfine full of devotion couple can defeat all the life obstacles, which get in the way sometimes, and bring everyone to their knees, proving that love will always fucking win!” Alice said with joy. ”So we wish you guys many more years of love, we hope you’ll live till you are both hundred years old and will kick off on the same pillow!”

”…after a night of steamy sex…” Dana joked.

”Cutting a long story short – may all your ups and downs be between the sheets” Shane offered with a smirk.

”And you better be excellent to each other” Kit stated, glancing at Bette with a wink as she said those words.

”Let’s drink to that!” Dana finally shouted out, raising her glass.

With continuous happy hurrays the group clinked the glasses and gulped down the champagne, for Kit it was club soda since she was still recovering from her addictions. Bette gathered all their closest friends together for the celebration at The Gyre. There were Alice with Helena, Dana with Lara, Shane and of course Kit, who was able to build a good friendship with Tina since leaving rehab a few months ago.
