“Babe you said you’re going to say something?” the hazel-eyed woman asked
“Oh yeah I almost forgot”
“What is it?” the blonde asked quite anxious
“Well I thought since I still have a week and a half before going back to work and since you have two weeks before you start your new job I thought maybe we could get away for a few days and go to the Catalina Islands?” the brunette said smiling
A huge smile registered on the blonde’s face “Are you kidding me?”
“I’m serious Tee… so what do you say?” the brunette asked smiling
Tina didn’t answer instead she straddled the brunette, cupped her cheeks then gave her a toe curling kiss. After a few minutes, the blonde broke the contact
“Does that mean yes?” the brunette asked while catching her breath
The blonde smiled, gave the caramel skinned beauty a loving gaze and said “Hell yeah!”
Chapter 36
Bette turned her gaze away from the road for a moment to look at the beautiful blonde sitting beside her. The brunette was quite puzzled why Tina seemed so quiet all of a sudden from the time their plane landed at Lax and now while driving back to West Hollywood. Although there were cabs available at the airport, Bette would rather use her Blue Saab so she left it there before they went on their trip to the Catalina Islands in that way they won’t have any problem on their way back home.
They’re now driving on their way to Tina’s apartment then Bette would drop the blonde off after which the brunette would head home. The dark brown-eyed woman thought about anything that she said or did during the entire five days of their stay at the beautiful island that might have offended the blonde. However, from what she remembered those five days were filled with laughter, whispering sweet nothings to each other, exploring the beautiful place, having fun and making hot passionate love. Indeed that first trip together as an official couple was truly memorable for both.
“Tee, are you okay?”
That question seemed to bring back the hazel-eyed woman to the world of the living; Tina turned and looked at the brunette
“Um yeah, why do you ask?”

Knowing that this story is about to end is kind of bittersweet for me because this is one of my favorite tibette fanfics but I want to thank you for sharing this wonderful story with us. I was a little worried for Tina there myself. I thought that Bette may have regretted it too. Boy am I glad that we were both wrong. Way to go Bette, but how did she know that Tina would want to move in with her, very sure of herself, huh! Nice One. That letter from Bette was very romantic, I loved it!!!
