I turned over, waking up. Ashley was lying beside me, completely naked. I smiled to myself as I stared at her bare back. Last night was the most amazing night of my entire life. The thought of it made me smile even wider. I snuggled in closer to Ashley, wrapping my arm around her waist and plating small little kisses on the back of her neck. She stirred with the sensation and then I heard her laugh, “Spence, we’ve been going all night.”

“I thought that Ashley Davies had the stamina of ten men?” I laughed harder as I kept kissing her neck.

“Okay Spence, men…have no stamina compared to me. And now that I see this side of you, they don’t even come close to you.”

I licked a trail up to her ear, “Aww thank you.”

I felt her shiver and then she inhaled a deep breath, “Spence.”

I smiled and I bit her ear, “Yes.”

She turned over and tried to contain her laughter, “It’s eight in the morning. We just went to bed at five.”

I wanted to see how far I could push her. I brought my lips to the place on her neck just below her cheek bone, “Uh huh.”

“Please? Can we please sleep?” She spoke with her eyes closed and her right hand wrapped around my neck.

I pulled away, “You’re sure?”

“Even though that was by far the most fucking fantastical sex I’ve ever had in my life, yes. I’m pretty sure that if we tried to make love right now I’d fall asleep on you and that would be horrible.”

I laid my head back down on the pillow, “Alright.”

There was silence between us as we just stared into one another’s eyes. I was so content in that moment. Just being close to her and feeling everything for the first time in my life that was real.

“I just realized, you didn’t have a nightmare.” Ashley spoke as her brown eyes stayed fixed on my own.

“Yeah, you’re right. Even though we were only asleep for three hours.”

Without a word Ashley gently leaned over and kissed me. It was a kiss of reassurance and comfort. But as Ashley pulled away her usual smartass came back, “You know what I never thought of? I never thought of you to be a screamer!”
