Stacy Lynn Miller’s Devil’s Slide (Speakeasy #1) is a finalist for the 2024 Golden Crown Literary Society Ann Bannon Popular Choice award.

Stacy said she found immense joy in penning the Devil’s Slide and the entire Speakeasy Series, in which love, perseverance, and chosen family are at its heart. “Once I had the concept of a sapphic-centric story set in Half Moon Bay, California, during Prohibition, the characters easily came to life. Nothing, not even the passage of time or being separated, could prevent the main characters from reuniting. The lasting impression of Dax, Rose, and their remarkably supportive cast will stay with me for quite some time.”
