“Is there something you want us to do with them?” Aiden asked.

            “That’s what we’re tryin to decide,” Johnny said.

            “I know what you guys need to do,” Jason said.

            “What is it?” I asked.

            “You need to jump them,” Jason said.

            “You sure?” Johnny asked.

            “Yeah,” Jason said. “We gotta send a message to them. We have to let them know that they can’t walk all over us. What do you think Aiden? D?”

            “Yeah,” Aiden said. “I’ll do it.”

            “Me too,” I said. “Does it need to be done tomorrow?”

            “Yeah,” Jason said. “It has to be done as soon as possible.”

            “All right,” I said. “We’ll take care of it.”

            “Good,” Jason said. “Let one of us know when it’s done. And we’ll go from there.”

            “Ok,” I said. “Later.”

            Aiden and I left and headed back home. I parked my black Range Rover in the driveway and we went inside.

            “So we gonna do this at school tomorrow?” Aiden asked.

            “I guess we have to,” I said. “We have to be careful though.”

            “That’s what I was thinking,” he said.

            “I’m gonna go talk to Ky then go to bed,” I said. “I’ll see you in the morning for school.”

            “Ok see ya,” he said.

            I walked upstairs and knocked on Kyla’s door.

            “Come in,” Kyla said.

            I walked in and shut the door. “Hey,” I said.

            “How was your meeting?” Kyla asked.

            “It was ok,” I said sitting down.

            “What’s wrong?” she asked.

            “I have a lot on my mind,” I said.

            “Like what?” she asked sitting down next to me.

            “Aiden and I have to jump a couple people tomorrow at school,” I said. “I gotta do it but I’m nervous.”

            “Why are you nervous?” she asked.

            “It has to be done tomorrow,” I said. “And it has to be done at school. I don’t know how to do it without getting in trouble.”

            “I don’t know what to tell you Ash,” she said. “If it’s something you have to do, just be careful. I don’t want you getting in trouble.”
