"I thought said you could come home this weekend?" Ashley wasn’t mad but she wasn’t happy either she was really looking forward to Spencer coming home from school this weekend to spend some much needed time with her. "I know I’m sorry but this paper my stupid professor gave us right before class ended today." Spencer was really in her car on her way to Ashley’s but she wanted to surprise her by coming home a day earlier than planned.

"Damn it." Ashley was pacing back and forth on the phone trying to think of all the ways she could kill stupid fat bald professor’s.

"Are you made at me?" Spencer knew that this whole long distance thing was hard on Ashley, it was hard on her too but she was so busy that she didn’t have time to think about it much. She loved New York but it wasn’t California and it wasn’t where Ashley was. "No." Ashley sighed she knew that if Spencer could come home she would, she wanted to act like a baby and throw things and be mad at someone but the only person coming to mind at the moment was the fat little professor. "Are you sure?" Spencer asked quietly trying not to laugh as she heard her girlfriends pout all the way through the phone.

"Im not mad at you but I am thinking of ways to disembowel a certain tiny insignificant old bald man." Ashley said and Spencer couldn’t help but laugh. "I love you I hope you know that." Spencer missed Ashley more than she could take anymore she couldn’t wait to kiss her. "I really should go but I don’t want to get off the phone with you."

"I know, damn it Spence I really miss you." Ashley laid down on the couch and pulled a picture of her and Spencer off the end table.

"I only have one more month and then I am done for the semester and I can spend the whole summer with you." She smiled to herself ok so it wasn’t a lie she did only have 1 month left even though she was going to see her in a few seconds, but she really wanted to surprise her.
