    Spencer asks Ashley for some…help

    “For a few weeks. I didn’t say anything because, well, I didn’t know for sure. But now, just thinking about a certain someone, it’s made me realize how much I want to be with her.” This admission got the older girl’s attention.

    “Oh really? Who’s this girl you’re crushing on?” The blonde looked away and around her room.

    “I don’t really want to say…” she said with a blush.

    “Oh c’mon Spencer! You have to tell me! I’m your best friend! Whoever she is, I’m sure she’s a wonderful person!”

    “Well…I’m not really out either…”

    “As if that matters! You’re so nice, pretty, kind, I’m sure you’ll be able to get any girl you want.”

    “I don’t know about that…”

    “Okay, Spence…who’s the mystery girl? I can’t believe you like girls! I can’t believe I never noticed!” The blonde blushed furiously.

    “I don’t think me being the nice girl is going to get her to notice me.”

    “Enough with the pronouns…out with it Carlin!”

    “Lily,” the blonde mumbled.

    “Who?”

    “Lily!” Spencer practically shouted. The brunette became pale.

    “Lily!?! As in Lily Jamison? My nemesis!?!” The younger girl refused to meet her eyes, but she nodded in the affirmative. “No Spencer! You can’t like her! Why would you like her? She’s just like me anyways! She’ll only want to sleep with you!”
