CHAPTER 99

“Have you had enough to eat ?” Bette asked Tina as she watched the blonde finish her meal. Tina chased the last of the chilli around the bowl with a piece of crusty bread and sighed
“Yes “
“Chocolate mousse in the fridge “
“I know – maybe in half an hour or so. You get some if you want “
“No – I can wait – you make a mean chilli Tina “
“I know – not bad was it “
“It was lovely “
Bette lent over and kissed Tina fully on the lips. They kissed for a few lazy minutes. When the kiss ended Bette stroked Tina’s hair
“This is so nice “ Bette said sitting down and picking up her beer
“It is – we should do this again “
“Once a month we should go away for the weekend – even if its just booking ourselves in a posh hotel and watching movies and making out.
it would be good. When you become a high flying executive for Peggy we are going to have to make sure we make time for one another “
“Lets cross that when we get to it but you are right- we are going to have to always make sure that our relationship is our main priority “
“You are always mine “ Bette admitted “I hate sleeping apart from you “
“Yeah because we don’t do that very often “ Tina replied dryly
“I get lonely “ Bette said looking at Tina with her deep dark eyes and hoping that the look was enough to melt her. Tina slapped her hand
“Don’t turn that look on Porter – you know that I cannot resist you “
Bette raised an eyebrow with amusement
“Really ?”
“You are going to get another slap in a minute “ Tina warned her
“I will go and wash up “ Bette said
“Leave them “
“I will be a few minutes – then I am going to put some lotion on my leg – I think I got bite by something today – my leg is itching like crazy “
“Try not to scratch it “
“Easier said than done “ Bette remarked. She collected all the dishes and cutlery and headed into the kitchen. She washed up quickly and headed into the bedroom. She had prepared a little present for Tina – something that was going to guarantee that they would have a very special night.
