Jenny sat at her computer trying to write but she couldn’t concentrate. She was thinking about the trip to Palm Springs she went on with the girls. She had never had so much fun in her entire life and the women,Oh my God there were so many of them. She had never been in a place with that many before. But now she was back home and the reality that hit her was that she couldn’t stop thinking about Marina. She didn’t want to think about her. She wanted to stay angry at her but she couldn’t. And the worst part is that she has a date with Robin a woman she met in Palm Springs this Wednesday. How could she go on a date with her and only think about Marina. That wouldn’t be fair. She didn’t know what to do. She decided to just sleep for now and decide what to do about her date tomorrow.
Her dreams were of course interupted by Marina. She dreamt about there first kiss and the first time they made Love and the look Marina gave her when she wanted to rip her clothes off her. She awoke with sweat pouring off of her and the phone ringing.”Hello”
“Hi Jenny it’s Marina”.Jenny stoped breathing for a minute. Is this real or still a part of my dream. “I couldn’t stop thinking about you. I want to see you again”.Jenny didn’t know what to think or do. Of course that was what Marina did to her. Confused every sane part of her life until she went crazy.” What about Fran?” “Um,her and I broke up last week and she left for Virginia.” “So is this like a rebound with me?” “Jenny, you know better then that. I miss you and want to see you. Please let me come over so we can talk.” Jenny thought about Marina coming over and she knew the if she let her they would end up in bed and probally never talk about the issues between them. ” I think it would be better if I came to the Planet.I’ll come this afternoon and we can sit outside and talk.” “Okay Jenny. I will see you then.” Jenny hung up the phone and slowly began to breathe normally again. Should she have said yes to seeing Marina. How would she ever get over being in love with her if she kept seeing her. Om my God. This was the first time she truly admitted to herself that she was really in love with Marina. And it scared the ***** out of her. What was she going to do. How was she going to hide this fact when she see’s Marina today. She couldn’t think about it. She had to shower before she went to the Planet.
She was just finishing her makeup and putting on perfume when the phone rang again. Was it Marina changing her mind about wanting to see her? She picked up the phone.”Hello.”
“Hi Jenny how are you?” Oh God it’s Robin. “Hi Robin I’m good how are you. “I’m great. I just wanted to make sure we were still on for this Wednesday.?
