The next morning, Tina awoke to the smell of fresh coffee…she laid there with thoughts of last night in mind…’wow..Bette is so perfect..so gentle, yet so passionate…and very, very *****. I could definately live the rest of my life with her by my side’. She was interrupted by Bette walking in the room with the coffee.
“Hey, sleepyhead..How do you feel this morning?” asked Bette.
“Am I alive??? I feel like I am in heaven..”
“Only my heaven…” smiled Bette as she set the coffee down and went to lay next to Tina. She pulled her into a warming embrace and softly whispered, “I love you, T.”
“Bette, I never thought I would say this to another woman, but I love you too.” and she smiled.
Tina laid there in Bette’s arms for the next few minutes…
“I feel so safe, so complete when I am around you…” said Tina.
“and I feel the same.. I would do anything for you, all you have to do is ask..”
“Well then, I want to ask if we can get some breakfast?”
“Sure, baby…are you working today?”
“I was gonna go in, but I think maybe I will hang out with you today..if that’s okay..”
“I would love for you to hang with me…I’ve decided to take the day off anyway…”
“Why Bette, you’re gonna take a day off for little ‘ol me?”
“Yes ma’am.” said Bette as she kissed Tina softly..
“Wow, I do feel special now…The girls at the diner said you never take time off of work for anyhting.”
“I never had a reason to.” said Bette as she looked deep into Tina’s eyes. “But, now I do.”
Tina rolled over and laughed aloud..
“What’s so funny?” asked Bette as she scooted up behind her.
She laughed again, “I don’t know..this is just all so weird..and new…”
Bette looked at her with a worried look…
“Don’t get worried.” said Tina…” I don’t mean that in a bad way..”
Bette could feel herself relax…
“*****, T..Don’t do that to me…..damn, so what would you like to do today?” asked Bette
“I thought maybe we could go look at a few places in town?”
“Like, something for us…”
“It’s weird Bette, but even though I haven’t known you for long, I know that it’s love…I love you with all of my heart..”
“So, everything I did……worked in my favor…” smiled Bette.
“What do you mean?” asked Tina..
“I knew when I first laid eyes on you in the gallery, that I loved you..I knew you were the one I had been waiting patiently for…you were the only one for me..”
“AWWW, you are so sweet.” said Tina as she smiled..
” I would pay a million dollars just to wake up and see that smiling face every morning laying next to me.”
“hhmmm..a million dollars? Well, I guess we can make a payment arrangement…” laughed Tina…
“So, Bette, my baby, do you wanna go catch that breakfast and start looking around?”
“Yea, sounds great…”
Bette got up and started looking through the closed to find something to wear…She had the biggest grin on her face. she was the happiest she had ever been…and so was Tina..
They got dressed and got in the car…
“So where for breakfast?” asked Tina..
“How about ‘The Planet’?
“UM…your friends probably don’t like me too much..after last night…”
“If they know that I love you, and I’m sure that they do by now…they will love you too.”
“Okay, but…don’t leave me alone for too long…”
“I won’t leave you alone….ever…” said Bette as she looked at Tina.
Once there, they got out of the car and walked in….
“Hey, Bette…” said Alice..
“Alice..” said Bette..”You remember Tina, don’t you?”
“Ummm.Yea…your girl that Conan came after last night,…”
“Yea, I’m really sorry about that…” said Tina…
“Eh, don’t be sorry…I have attracted the crazy kind a few times in my life…and probably will again…”
“Where’s Shane?” asked Bette…
“Right here, babe…” said Shane as she walked up behind Bette and put her arm around her shoulder….”Hi, Tina…”
“Hey…” said Tina with a smile…
“Well, sit ladies and order some breakfast…” said Shane as she pulled two chairs out for them to sit in… She walked up to the counter…
“Hey, Marina…”
“Morning, Shane…you look a little tired…did you have a long night?” asked Marina as she raised an eyebrow…
Shane let out a sigh, “Yea a long filled ***** night…it was good…”
Marina smiled, “Wanna coffee?”
“Yes, please…and one for Bette and Tina…”
“Tina?” questioned Marina..
“Come on over and I will introduce you two..she’s Bette’s new girl…”
“She’s hot…” said Marina as she looked over at Tina…
“um hum, she sure is…but don’t let Bette hear you say that…there will be a ***** cat fight…”
“Speaking of fights, You really kicked that guy’s ***** last night..”
Shane blushed and looked down…”*****, I try.. He is Tina’s boyfriend..”
“BOYFRIEND?” yelled Marina…
“sshhhhh..Damn, he was her boyfriend..but not anymore..”
“oh……” said Marina and she was quiet for a minute…”*****, you mean Bette transformed her?”
“I guess…” said Shane..
“*****…” said Marina…
“You can say that again… anyway, get them some coffee on me okay?”
“Yea, sure…”
Shane walked back over to the table and sat between Bette and Alice…
“So Tina, did Bette ***** you yet?” asked Alice…
“What?” said Bette..
“ALICE…” screamed Shane…
“What????” asked Alice…” I just wanted to know…I mean last night, she had a boyfriend…which I might add got his ***** wooped by Shane, and then, this morning she’s eating breakfast with Bette.”
“Alice, we went back to my place last night, and the rest is none of your business.” said Bette.
“Everything you do is my business, Bette..” said Alice…
“ALright Alice, come on..let’s go talk..” said Bette..”T, baby,I will be back in one minute..”
“ok.” said Tina…

Bette and Alice got up and went to the restroom:
“What the ***** is your problem?” asked Bette..
“You and her..that’s my ***** problem…”
“Alice, you and I broke up a long time ago…I love Tina…and we are going to buy a place of our own today….So, when you go back out there, be nice to her…do you understand?”

Back at the table:
“What was all that about?” asked Tina..
“oh that? well they used to be an item…”
“*****..I had no idea…”
“It’s cool…Bette’s talking to her now…she’s very persuasive…”
“Yea, I know..when she wants something…she gets it…”
“Like you?” asked Shane with a smile…
“Yea, I guess so…The weird thing is, is even though I have never been with a woman….I love her…I fell in love with her totally…”
“She’s easy to love…” said Shane…”She’s quite an amazing person…”
“Yea…” said Tina as she noticed them walking back towards the table…
They sat down….
“Tina, I am very sorry about the attitude..”
“It’s okay..I understand now…” said Tina…
“Shane, you told her?” asked Alice.
“I didn’t have to..” said Shane…”you told her yourself…I didn’t have to open my mouth…”
“*****…” said Alice as she sighed…
They got their breakfast and ate….then left..
In the car, Bette decided to go ahead and drive around….
The first home they come to, they looked and decided that they liked it…..and went through all of the recourses of purchasing it….
“Baby…this is great….it even has a pool..” said Tina…
“I know…for all those late night swims..” smiled Bette.
“I don’t think we’ll be doing much swimming, T..” said Bette.
‘Uhhh, me either…” as she gave Bette a soft kiss on the lips…
