Tina and Bette went back to Bette’s place and settled in for a while..
“Bette Baby, I have to go to my old apartment sometime to get my things…”
“I know…I know…I just can’t fatham letting you go.. even for a few hours for you to get your things..”
“I will come back…” smiled Tina..
“Maybe you will…but if I don’t let you out of my sight, then there won’t be any chance of you leaving me..”
“B, why would I leave you???You gave me a night of love-making that I have never experienced with anyone before…you take me to heights that I have never known..”
Bette smiled at Tina, “Come here, you…” she said as she pulled Tina into a hug…”I love you soo much…”
“I know that, and I love you too, but the fact still remains that I need to get my things out of there..”
“Okay, we are supposed to close on the house tommorrow….All I have to do is go by the bank in the morning and get a check…then take it to the closing…so, by tommorrow evening…we can move in…”
“UUMMM, that sounds great..Then we can break our new home in…do it in the living room, the shower, the kitchen table, the bedroom, the spare room, and last….but definately not least, we can break the pool in..” said Tina all in one breath…
“Damn, I was wondering if you were gonna take a breath, or turn blue…” laughed Bette.. “anyway, I thought we could get your things tomorrow when we begin to move in…If that’s okay with you..”
“I need to get some clothes from there though…” said Tina…
“No, you don’t” said Bette…”You aren’t gonna need any…” she smiled and pulled Tina close…”You won’t need any because we aren’t gonna get out of bed!”
“UUMMM, that sounds great…I can hardly wait…”
Bette was finally happy..After all of those years of being lonely, she had finally found her soul mate…the one to spend the rest of her life with…and she was totally exstatic about it…
Tina was beyond herself….just a few weeks ago, she was happy and in love (So she thought) with Brad…Now, she knew that that was not love at all….this relationship with Bette, the very wealthy gallery owner, was love…every breath she took, she wanted to make sure that it was the same breath that Bette had just inhaled and exhaled…She wanted to be close to her all the time…
“Tina, I thought that we could have a party to celebrate our new home…I can invite Alice, Shane, and Marina over..”
“Marina? I don’t think I’ve met her yet…”
“I don’t think you have…do you remember that coffee shop, ‘The Planet’?”
“Yea…”
“Well, Marina is that beautiful Indian girl who owns that place..”
“Oh…well sure..invite her…and everyone else…I don’t really know anyone…so, I can’t invite anyone anyways…”
“That will be a good time for you to get to know them…they are really great…and dependable….”
“I saw that the other night, when Shane tried to kill Brad…she’s such a bad-*****…”
“Yea, she has her faults..” laughed Bette…
“Hey, I have an idea…Do you want to go and get some latte from ‘The Planet’? asked Bette..”Maybe they are there, we’ll go ahead and invite them to the party…”
“Yea, babe..that sounds great…”
They got up and went to ‘The Planet’.
Once inside, Bette noticed Alice and everyone sitting at the usual table… “There they are…” she said as she grabbed Tina’s hand and walked a little faster…
“Hey guys…” said Bette…”Hi.” said Tina..
“Hey..so what brings you babes here?” asked Alice…”I figured you’d be at home trying to make spit babies grow…”
“Alice..” said Shane…
“Huh? I would be…that’s all….”
“***** and sit….not necessarily in that order….” said Alice with a smile…
Bette and Tina agreed and sat…
“So, what are you two doing tonight?” asked Bette…
“We thought we’d do like that comedian did…go to ‘Victoria’s Secret’ and sniff around to see if there really are any secrets…” answered Alice….
“Okay…………….so, what about tomorrow night?” asked Bette looking over at Tina and smiling…
“Don’t know…” said Shane, “Why?”
“Well………………..Tina and I just bought our own place together…we are closing tommorrow…” said Bette as she smiled again at Tina..
“Wow…that’s great you guys.” said Shane as she got up and hugged them both..
“***** yea…you go..Bette…Congratulations Tina…’ commented Alice
“Anyway..” said Tina..” I know that you guys don’t know me that well, but I want you both to know that I love Bette with all my heart….and I tend to make her happy for the rest of her natural life…”
“WOW!!! That was so sweet….now give me a bag so I can barf!!!..” said Alice..”All this love *****..is just making me sick…”
“You need to get laid…” said Shane..
Alice sat there thinking for a minute, ” you know Shane, You are right…but, I can’t just walk out on the dance floor at milk and find someone to take home and *****…”
“Why?” asked Shane…”Bette did…”
“Shane!!!” yelled Bette….” I didn’t just pick her up and ***** her………I laid her on her back!!!..” smiled Bette.
“And it was the best ever…” commented Tina…as she looked at Bette and smiled.
“Oh,god…you guys are sick..where is the bathroom?” said Alice as she stood and walked away…
Everyone laughed out loud…..
“Well Shane, since Alice left to go ‘barf’, I want to tell you that we are going to have a new house party tommorrow night…and you both are invited…oh, and invite Marina too…I’ll be here in the morning to let you all know the details….”
“UMMM, alcohol involved? Chicks involved?”
“Yes…and maybe…”
“Count me in…. I will tell the rest of them…we will all be there…”
“Great..” said Bette as she stood up…” Come on babe…we have some packing and playing to do…”
“Shane, we will see you tommorrow night….”..
