Tina went home from the afternoon with Bette giddy as a schoolgirl. She got ready for her date with Eric. She hoped he took it went well. She was just getting finished getting dressed when the doorbell rang. She let Eric in and he seemed very anxious.

Tina: Eric are you alright? You seem on edge.
Eric: Tina, we need to talk.
Tina: yeah, okay(she was thinking how does he know)
Eric: I was going to wait to do this at dinner but I cant wait.
(he sat down on the sofa with Tina) Tina today the east coast office called and offered me a promotion.
Tina: Thats great Eric, Im proud of you.
Eric: Wait, the problem is I have to move to New York in two weeks.
Tina: Oh, I see.
Eric: I have to take it Tina, Its a great opportunity.
Tina: Eric of course you do, to tell you the truth I was wanting to talk anyway about us. We werent really moving forward you know?
Eric: I know, I think that helped me make the decision, I told them yes.
Tina hugged him: Im happy for you Eric. Lets say our goodbyes now then.
Eric: yeah, Im flying out in the morning to find an apartment. Thank you Tina for being you, I love you, youre a good friend and you better call me when your in New York.
Tina: I love you too Eric, lets always be friends, okay call and give me your new number.
Eric left and Tina was smiling ear to ear. That was easy she thought . Fate?

Bette had just finished changing into lounge pants and a tank top when her phone rang.
Bette: Hello?
Tina: Hey, Bette
Bette: Tina?
Tina: yeah its me.
Bette: Tina, its early your home already?
Tina: We didnt go out (she explained the events with Eric)
Bette: Well, its early do you want to go out to dinner or something?
Tina: Why dont you come over and we order in, and watch a movie.
Bette: that sounds great, Ill pick up food on the way. Do you like Chinese?
Tina: love it, love it spicy.
Bette: okay, got it, spicy it is.
Tina: Ill take care of the movie. She gave Bette her address.
Oh, and Bette dress casual, Im wearing shorts and a t-shirt I need to relax, I insist.
Bette: alright, Ill be there in about an hour.

Tina went to the video store down the street and picked out a couple of movies, then went and picked up wine, coke, and bottled water.

Bette called the Chinese place she loved and would pick it up on her way, She put on a pair of nice lounge pants, flip flops, and a tank top, she threw on a hooded jacket and headed out.

She rang Tinas doorbell, Tina opened the door in shorts and a t-shirt (Bette noticed she had no bra on). Bette thought she looked beautiful.
Tina: Hi there, come in.
Bette: Hi, she leaned in and kissed Tinas cheek.
Tina: you look great, nice, casual and comfy.
Bette: doctors order.
Tina: come on in here.(Bette followed her to the kitchen) That smells delicious . They put the food on a tray. What would you like to drink? Ive got water, wine, coke, juice?
Bette: Ill fix the drinks, Ill have wine, you?
Tina: wine and a glass of water.
They carried everything to the living room on the coffee table.
Tina: Bette you got way to much food.
Bette: I know, but I didnt know what you liked and these leftovers are the best. Oh, and I brought dessert.
Tina: what?
Bette: Ice cream
Tina: I love ice cream, your going to spoil me Bette Porter.
Bette: Damn right, Ill do my best.

They ate and shared it all, tried it all, they talked, they laughed. Bette got choked on the spicy dishes, Tina laughed at her.

They put away the leftovers. Neither one of them had room for dessert, so they went to relax and watch a movie.

Tina put in the movie Tomb Raider, she looked at Bette.
Tina: this is so weird, but since I met you Ive started noticing some women I could be attracted to , and Angelina Jolie is one fine looking woman. (Tina is laughing)
Bette: oh yeah? Should I be jealous?
Tina: Ummm, lets see, dark hair, big beautiful brown eyes, luscious lips, a body to die for, oh gee, Im describing you. (She leaned in and kissed Bettes cheek)
Bette: laughing, youre a tease, come her Tina she pulled her close to settle in to watch the movie, she sat with Tina leaning her back up against her, Bettes legs on each side of Tinas.
Bette: Is this okay? Putting her arms around her.
Tina: yes, this is great.
They were very comfy, Bette pushed Tinas hair back and kissed her neck, Tina gasped.
Bette: Im sorry I couldnt help myself. Bette started to get up.
I better go she said.
Tina: No, Its okay, its alright, dont go.
She took Bettes hand and kissed her palm and wrist. Bette pulled her around to face her. She took Tinas face in her hands, she kissed her lightly on her lips then her eyes, her cheeks and her mouth again. This time Tina pulled her in for a deeper kiss, her hand on the back of Bettes neck. Bette let out a moan and she opened her mouth for them to taste each others tongues and mouths. Bette took Tinas lower lip and lightly sucked on it, Tina moaned, she then licked the outline of Tinas lips. They kept kissing and Bette started kissing down Tinas neck and collarbone, her hands were on Tinas back under her shirt. Tina was starting to breathe hard her hands on Bettes thighs , Bettes hands were now on Tinas bare thigh, she was kissing down her body, she kissed Tinas stomach, Tinas muscles quivered under her touch, moving her hand up and barely brushing up against Tinas *****. Tina inhaled sharply and her hands went under Bettes shirt on her bare back. Bette suddenly sat up, breathing hard.
Tina: Bette whats wrong? Did I do something wrong?
Bette: God no T, God no. I , I, just better stop before I cant.
Tina: Im sorry, I didnt expect it to get that heated, but your right Im not ready yet.
Bette: oh, T, its okay, Im not going to push, I care to much about you, I want it to be right, and your choice. I better go.
Tina: Please stay Bette, we can sleep together with out having *****. Okay? I want you to hold me tonight.
Bette: Sure T, I think I can control myself, but my dreams will be X-rated.
Tina led her to the bedroom, they laid down and started kissing again.
Bette pulled back and said Goodnight T.
Tina: was that make out session earlier hot or what?
Bette: Very hot
Tina: It will be worth the wait.
Bette: oh yeah it will. She kissed the top of Tinas head
Tina: Goodnight Bette. And by the way I like it when you call me T.
They fell asleep content and holding each other.
