Moving day:

Tina had borrowed a truck from Saras husband Jason, Bette and her were loading Tinas stuff when the gang showed up.

Alice: Hey guys, the ***** haul ***** moving company at your service.
Tina: Thank you so much for helping you guys.
Shane: No big thing ladies, now lets kick this in the ***** and get you two cohabitating..
Bette: putting her arm around Tina. You got it, nothing Id rather do. She kissed Tinas cheek.
Dana: watching. Aww you guys are sooo sweet.

They arrived at the new place, and Bette and Tina were directing traffic, what box went where etc…..When they were ready to go get Bettes stuff Bette took Tina aside.

Bette: T, why dont you stay her and start putting things away, or rest awhile.
Tina: Sure, or better yet Ill go get us some food and drinks, when you all get back well all stop and eat.
Bette kissed her and then whispered in her ear.
Bette: tonight we start christening this place, room to room. You be thinking where you want to start. she cupped her breast and licked her neck.
Alice walked in then.
Alice: Jesus you two, cant you get enough, and cool it for one afternoon.
Bette: No, are you jealous?
Alice: speechless, muttered. Well, ah…. yeah.
Bette and Tina laughed.

The move was finished and they were all sitting around drinking wine and eating the chinese food Tina had gotten. Tina raised her glass to toast.

Tina: To you all, your wonderful friends, thank you for helping today and thank you for letting me in this family.
They toasted.
Tina had gotten close to these girls in the last few weeks and she truly liked them, they were good people.
Shane: holding up her glass. Thank you Tina for dinner and the kind words. Heres to Bette and Tina, true love, and happiness always. They all clinked glasses.

They all relaxed with tired bodies, full stomachs and the wine starting to mellow them out.

Dana: Guys lets get going so the lovebirds can nest.
Alice: Yeah, first night in the new digs. winking at Bette, gotta do it in every room to make it truly yours you know.
Tina was blushing.
Shane: Al leave it alone, let them be.
The girls stood to leave, Bette and Tina walked them to the door.
Bette: I cant thank you enough, I owe you all.
Tina: Thanks, well have a party soon, and come by anytime, youre always welcome here.
Alice/Shane/Dana: Bye guys, see ya later, enjoy the new place. Laughing as they left.

Bette shut the door and sighed.
Bette: Are you as tired as I am?
Tina: looking at the boxes and things. Yes, god, Im making the bed and we can go to sleep. This stuff can wait until tomorrow.
Bette: I was hoping you would say that.

They made the bed together, showered, changed in pjs and fell into bed holding each other.
Tina: Bette? Can we just lay like this forever?
Bette: I would love nothing more baby.
They fell asleep totally content and happy.

Around three a.m. Bette reached over for Tina and didnt find her, she got up to look for her, finding her in the living room quietly playing her guitar and singing.

Bette was struck by her beauty, Bette leaned against the door way and watched her, even in a t-shirt and boxers and her hair disheveled the moonlight was shining in on her, Bette thought she was beautiful.

Tinas voice, softly singing, the raw emotion, a love song, for her? Her voice was so true, so effortless, a gift from god. Bette listened the song was over and Tina was just playing with the strings on the guitar, Bette walked up to her from behind, she didnt want to startle her so she spoke softly.

Bette: T? Tina, baby you okay?
Tina turned and saw her.
Tina: Um, yeah, Im sorry did I wake you?
Bette: No, I couldnt find you in bed, so I came looking, couldnt sleep?
Tina: Not really. New surroundings I guess.
Bette: Are you sure thats it?
Tina: Yeah, sometimes I get up and play awhile and it unwinds me enough to go back to bed.
Bette: Tina, youre not having second thoughts about us living together are you?
Tina: Bette, not really, Im not going to lie, Im scared, but I dont doubt you or your feelings for me. I dont question my love for you at all. Its this life, it is so new to me, but its a good life, our love is real and true Bette. I have no regrets.

Bette got on her knees in front of Tina, she kissed her.
Bette: That was the sweetest thing anyones ever said to me. I love you so much, Ive never doubted us together, never. Now come here. She got up and took Tinas hand and led her back to bed.

They stood in their bedroom and kissed.
Bette: Maybe I can do something to help you sleep better.
Tina: I bet you can baby.
They laid down on the bed together and proceeded to make love to one another.

Afterwards each slept with their own thoughts of the new life they were starting. No regrets. Only love.
