So what do you want to do now Tina? asked Shane who was sitting beside Tina on Alices bed. Tina was staring at the ceiling with a blank look in her eye. Shane shifted over so she could face Tina who still hadnt moved since she lay down.

Shane shook her head as she tried to figure out what in the ***** would make Bette do something like that. Shane frowned a little as she racked her brain trying to decide what would be the best thing to do right now. Part of her wanted to just stay and comfort Tina, who shes always been partial to, and part of her wanted to go find Bette and rip her a new one. Shane settled for comforting Tina right now since Tina was still so fragile, but she knew that Bette would have some explaining to do.

Dana was following Tonya down to the car but she kept looking back at Alices door wondering what the ***** just happened. Why do I put myself in these situations? thought Dana as she mindlessly climbed into the drivers seat of her car.

Honey is everything okay? Are you alright? asked Tonya in her usual peppy voice. Dana just looked at her with a confused look but didnt say anything. She had no idea what to make of everything that was going on tonight and she was completely exhausted just from trying to figure it all out.

No nothings wrong, replied Dana quietly as she put the car in drive. As thy made their way back to Danas house Tonya kept rambling on and on about some stupid story that Dana had no desire to hear about so she just tuned her out and concentrated on the road. Dana knew she should be concerned about Tina right now but with all that was going on with her and Alice, well her mind wasnt exactly THERE.

They pulled up to the house and Tonya jumped out and happily pulled Dana back into the house. Dana groaned a little as she made her way upstairs following Tonya who was still talking and for the first time Dana felt like telling her to SHUT UP. When they got to the bedroom Dana shook her head as Tonya crawled into bed. This just isnt going to do, she thought as she slowly changed for bed.

Candace? Do you know what time it is? Candace rolled her eyes a little as she listened to Yolandas very cranky sounding voice. How the ***** did we do it? she thought as she glanced over at Bette who had apparently fallen into a deep sleep and was snoring lightly. Candace smiled at Bettes snoring thinking it was absolutely adorable and she decided to let Bette get some sleep so she moved out to her living room.

Sorry Yolandabut I needed to talk to someone.

What? What happened? Candace bit her lip a little as she contemplated what she should tell Yolanda. She knew Yolanda wouldnt be thrilled with the idea of her and Bette, especially since she knew Bette and Tina, but Candace had no one else to talk to at the moment. She sighed loudly before answering.

Calm down nothing happened. I need somewell some advice actually.

Wellshort version is that something happened between me and Bette Porter and her and Tina broke up and now shes in my bed. Candace waited for Yolandas response. She could hear the wheels turning in Yolandas head as she tried to grasp what she had just told her.

YOU WHAT? Candace flinched a little at the tone of Yolandas voice and she could tell Yolanda was wide awake now.

You did what Candace? Did you even think about what would happen? And why the ***** was Bette messing with you anyway? She had a wife at homewhat the ***** is going on? Candace was getting angry at the way Yolanda was belittling her and she felt her body tense and her voice drop an octave as she tried to keep it down.

Gee thanks Yolanda. But I guess she wouldnt be the first married woman to hit on me now would she? ***** you Candace. Already did that. Look lets not do this right now okay? Can you please just help me with my situation?

Candace paced back and forth a little as she listened to Yolanda sighing on the other end. She hated the fact that she had to ask someone for help in this situation, but she really didnt know what to do.

Alice smiled to herself as she shut the door behind Dana and took a moment to think about what just happened. She knew for what it was worth that Dana definitely kissed her back and Alice had been shocked that Dana initiated it this time. She let the smile linger on her face for a few seconds before shaking her head and returning to the current hellhole she was in.

She walked across her living room and into the bedroom to find Shane still watching Tina who was staring into space and Alice just shook her head sadly at the situation. She moved over and sat down on the other side of Tina who refused to look anywhere but straight up. Alice looked at Shane who looked at her with a I dont know what to do look and Alice motioned for Shane to leave her and Tina alone for a few so Shane up and left without at word.

Alice looked at Tina for a second before opening her mouth. Tina, honeyeverythings gonna be okayyou know that right? Tina didnt move or even turn her head so Alice kept on talking hoping that somewhere along the line Tina would at least react to what she was saying.

I meanBette fucked up big timebut do you think you guys will get over it? I meanyou still love her right? Something in that last part must have hit a nerve with Tina because she sat up and looked at Alice with a look that could have murdered just about anyone.

She had been making a production out of almost everything and taking her sweet time getting into bed. She needed a moment to just think about what was happening, but Tonya was talking so damn much that she couldnt get a thought in edgewise.

Ill be there in a minute. Okay sweetiedont take too long. Dana rolled her eyes again. It seemed that just the sound of Tonyas voice was making her skin crawl a little. Dana walked back into the bedroom and after taking one look at the woman lying in bed waiting for her she had enough.

Dammit Candaceyou are in one ***** positionwhat are you going to do? I dont knowthats why I called you Yolanda! Candace sighed as she sat down. She really wasnt in the mood to listen to Yolanda give her some lecture on how wrong she was. She just needed some advice.

Maybe because she feels it too. Candace whipped her head around at the sound of the voice behind her. Grinning, she hung up the phone and walked over to Bette and slowly lifted her eyes to meet Bettes. Bette just smiled warmly at Candace and took her hand as she led her back to the bedroom.

Alice held Tina as she started crying again and Alice was making a mental list of all the things she wanted to say to Bette when she got the chance. Number one beinghow could she be so cruel? Tina was everything to Bette, at least she had been at one point, and Alice couldnt believe that Bette would do that to her. Tinas cries subsided as her body finally gave up and Alice put her down gently on the bed making sure she was fast asleep.

She crept out of the room and went to the living room and found Shane throwing back shots of tequila like they were water. Alice looked at her for a moment before walking over and holding out a shot glass for herself. Shane poured her a shot and they stared at each other before throwing them back. Shane took one more swig from the bottle before standing up and walking to the door.

Alice looked at Shane with a disapproving look, but she obliged after seeing the determination in Shanes face. Alice stood up and walked back to the room as Shane threw the door open and bounded down the stairs. She got into her little truck and hauled ***** to Bette and Tinas hoping that Bette was alone.

***** Bettewhy did you do it? Was it really worth it? You had a good thing and you fucked it upDamit!!! Shane rolled down her window letting the cool Los Angeles air hit her face. She had quite a few of those shots but other than that she was pretty much okay. She continued her trek to Bettes and once again let her mind rant and rave. How can you hurt the one you love so easily? Is that all it is? Is that all love has to offer? Pain and suffering in the end? Well if thats the casethen I dont need it.

Shane was almost there when she realized the streets were a little too clear. Glancing at her watch she saw that it was three in the morning but even then, the streets of West Hollywood are never this clear. She was just looking down a main street as she passed it when she suddenly saw the lights. Shane slammed on her brake but she didnt know if she had done it in time. Her tires screeched as she slowed quickly and Shane prayed that she was dreaming.
