Everyone was sitting around Bette and Tina’s living room. They had just had dinner over there and everyone was just lounging around.

Tina: You guys all brought your suits right? How about we go for a swim.

Dana: Yeah that sounds good.

A few minutes later Tina, Bette, Shane, Dana, and Alice were in the pool. They were swimming around playing marco polo and all that.

Bette noticed that Alice was acting odd. She wasn’t really moving that well, kinda like she didn’t have a lot of energy. Shane was the it person as they were playing Marco polo.

Shane: Marco!

Everyone: Polo.

Shane Heard that Alice was the closest. She went towards her. All of a sudden she lunged where she was and Alice went under the water to dodge her. It worked but after a while Alice didn’t come back up.

Dana: Alice?

Dana swam over and lifted Alice above the water. Tina and Shane had gotten out of the pool and were helping Dana lift Alice out of the pool.

Bette stood in the pool mesmerized. This had happened before. It was a long time ago when Bette and Alice were dating. But it wasn’t long enough ago that she forgot completely.

Tina: Bette she isn’t breathing.

Dana began mouth to mouth.

Dana: Come on Alice breath.

Shane: Should I call 911?

When Shane finished her sentence Alice starting coughing.

Shane: I guess thats a no.

Dana: Alice are you alright?

Alice: What happenend?

Shane: We were playing marco polo and I went after you. You went under and did come up again.

Tina: But what caused it.

Bette: I think I know. This happened when Alice and I were dating.

Alice looked Bette in the eye. Seeing the look in Alice’s eye she knew she was right so she continued her story.

Bette: Alice was totally supportive in my career. The only thing was she wasn’t supportive in herself.

Dana: Huh? My self confidense over here?

Bette: Do you want me to tell the rest or do you want to do it?

Alice: Neither, I’m leaving I can’t take this anymore.

Alice got up and stormed away.

Shane: I’m going to drive her home. After what happened I don;t want her driving by herself.

Alice and Shane left and Tina and Dana were staring at Bette waiting for her to continue her story.

Bette: okay in short, Alice had an eating disorder. And I think she relapsed because she fainted a lot while we were dating since she wasn’t eating enough.

Tina & Dana: OMG!


Cut to the car

Shane: Are you going to tell me what Bette was talking about or am I going to find out by Dana tomorrow?

Alice: Please Shane, I don’t want to…

Shane: talk about it? Your going to have to. Once everyone knows it’s going to be brought up in a convo.

Alice: When I was dating Bette, for most of the time I had an eating disorder. And I started to relapse again. Shane, I’m anorexic.

Shane pulled the car over and took the sobbing Alice in her arms.
