Nylans House- NY

The aroma that filled the air awoke Tina. She threw on a t-shirt and some of Nylans lounging pants, following the aroma all the way to the kitchen where Tina found Nylan cooking. Tina tiptoed up behind Nylan, snaking her arms around her waist.

I didnt know you cooked Tina said as Nylan turned her head to give her a kiss; she kept on stirring as she talked to Tina.

Well while I was touring I didnt get a chance to cook for myself very often but I like cooking Tina let go of Nylans waist to stick a finger in the pot but she smacked her hand away.

So what are we having Tina asked.

Vegetable stir fry and this Nylan said pointing to the pot that was boiling, is my special sauceyou pour some of this over the vegetables and they will melt in your mouth. Tina looked at Nylan skeptically.


Ambrosias Suite

Shane sat with her back against the headboard of the bed while Ambrosia lay snuggled into a ball in between her legs; they had just finished watching Monster. Ambrosia sat up and turned around looking Shane directly in her eyes.

You miss her dont you Shane sighed and dropped her head.

Its that obvious huh Ambrosia nodded.

Why dont you call her Shane shook her head no.

I dont think she wants to hear from me right now and besides what do I saywe both said some hurtful things to each other before she left and Tina is with her right now so Shane shrugged not having much else to say to Ambrosia about the whole ordeal.

You two have been best friends for a long time right Shane nodded, you wouldnt let a woman come between the both of you would you Ambrosia questioned.


Nylans House -NY

Umthat feels great Nylan was giving Tina a massage, they had finished eating and Tina had enjoyed the meal. Nylan had proven to Tina that she was a good cook despite her initial thoughts.

No you cant stop now Nylan twirled the chair around so Tina was facing her and reached out for her hand. Tina placed her hand in Nylans as she led her down the hallway towards the bedroom and into the bathroom. Nylan had run Tina a bubble bath. She undressed Tina and led her to the tub before she undressed herself and slid into the water behind Tina. Nylan and Tina took turns bathing each other before Tina leaned back and relaxed in Nylans arms.

I wish we could stay like this forever Tina said glancing back at Nylan who was having trouble staying awake; Tina threw some water in her face causing Nylan to jump up.

Shithey Tina laughed at Nylans outburst.

You were not listening to me Nylan wiped the water out of her eyes.

I heard every word you said she reassured Tina, and yes I wish we could too but you have to get back to LA. Tina turned around shocked at the words that had fallen from Nylans mouth.

What about usyou are coming back with me right I mean please dont tell me all of this was for nothing Nylans cellphone rang and she jumped out of the water, grabbing a towel as she went to answer it. Tina followed her into the bedroom.

Look I cant talk to you about that right now Ill call you back Nylan whispered as Tina entered the room overhearing the conversation but not caring at this very moment. Tina slapped the phone out of Nylans hand.

Answer my ***** question she yelled.


Ambrosias Suite

Shane thought about Ambrosias question, there had been one time when they were teenagers that her and Nylan had fought for the attention of a girl but it was puppy love it was long forgotten by now.

No Shane said as she jumped up from the bed heading for the bar.

Hey ShaneIm sorry for asking you a question like that I know you wouldnt let someone get in the middle of your friendship with Nylanso why dont you call her even if its just to say hello Ambrosia reached for Shanes phone and handed it to her; they needed to talk for Shanes sake and for mine Ambrosia thought. Shane took the phone, dialed Nylans number and began to let it ring.


Nylans House -NY

Nylan stood staring at Tina trying to search for the right words to say to her. Tina was growing impatient in trying to get an answer out of Nylan.

Tina I Nylan began.

NoI dont want a ***** speech I want a goddamned answer nowam I going back to LA alone Tina screamed.
