The next day Tina wakes up groggy and in on an unfamiliar bed. She looks around and sees boxes.
Tina: Oh *****!!
Tina looks under the covers to see if she has cloth on.
Tina: Thank god.
Tina gets out of bed and heads to the bathroom. She cleans up and heads downstairs. She hears the radio and sees Regan in the kitchen cooking and singing.
Tina: Morning.
Regan: Holy *****! Morning. Would you like some juice?
Tina laughing: Sure, what you got?
Regan: I got apple, orange, pineapple, and grapefruit.
Tina: I thought you just moved in.
Regan: I did. I went shopping before you got up. So what will you have missy?
Tina: Ill take some apple.
Regan: Okay. Just grab a seat at the bar, missy.
Regan get her a glass and pores her a glass of juice and gets back to cooking.
Tina: So what exactly happened last night?
Regan: well we were watching the movie and you started touching. And touching lead to kissing and well
Tina: Oh my god Im so sorry. Did I really?
Regan: Well. No, you fell asleep on my lap and drooled on my pants. I fell asleep too so its cool. So anything in particular you want for breakfast?
Tina: What are you making now?
Regan: Waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon and some fruit.
Tina: That sounds good. Do you need any help?
Regan: Nope I got it. You just sit back and enjoy the juice. Itll be done in a few minutes.
Tina: So about our date?
Regan: Yeah
Tina: What do you want to do?
Regan: Whatever you want to do?
Tina: That doesnt help.
Regan: Alright lets play it like this. Im new to town and your showing some sights and cool places to hang out.
Tina: Okay. What time would you be good for you?
Regan: I want to get a little more unpacked so..1?
Tina: Okay thats cool.
Regan: Alright. Breakfast is served. Come and get it.
Meanwhile at The Planet
Alice: She didnt come home last night.
Dana: She was probably with Regan. Will you calm down?
Shane: Yeah. Call her now to make sure.
Alice: I dont want to.
Shane: Then why the fuss.
Alice: I just want things to get back to normal.
Dana: Baby, your going to have to get use to the fact that Bette and Tina arent together any more. And Tina is the first to move on.
Alice: But she still loves Bette.
Shane: What are you talking about?
Alice: I just have the gut feeling that Tina is still in love with Bette. Its in the way she looks at her and talks about her.
Dana: Maybe she is and Regans just a rebound, it has to go down in its own way. Just call her and see where she is.
Alice: okay. (Calls Tina)
At Regans
Tina: These eggs are great. Where did you learn to cook?
Regan: My mom. When my dad was gone and I wasnt dribbling a basketball she would teach me how to cook.
Tina: But you didnt seem like the cooking type.
Regan: You didnt seem to be the ***** type in high school so were even.
Tina: What else did she teach you to make?
Regan: Pretty much everything under the sun a 40 yr old military house wife can make. When I was in Europe with my sister she would make me cook fried chicken just like our mom would make. It was great cuz I wouldnt let her anywhere near the food and she would get so mad.
Tina: I cant believe your cooking me breakfast and you didnt get any.
Regan: Oh but this is all apart of my plan to get you into bed later. Dont you worry.
Tina: Har dee har har. (Hearing ringing in the living room) Thats me. Ill be right back.
Tina leaves to get her phone
Tina: Hello
Alice: Tina?
Tina: Hey Al. Whats up?
Alice: Where are you? You didnt come to breakfast.
Tina: At Regans.
Alice: Your at Regans OH MY GOD.
Tina: Nothing happened. We just talked.
Alice: But what about Bette?
Tina: I havent decided anything on that yet. I just need more time.
Alice: No pushing here. Just want happiness for all. Why dont you come to the planet after you finish there. You can tell us the details.
Tina: Well see. I gotta go Ill talk to you later.
Alice: Bye, T.
Tina: Bye.
Tina heads back to the kitchen where Regan is still eating.
Regan: Would you like some more eggs?
Tina: Sure.
The two have breakfast and wash the dishes together.
Regan is washing and Tina is drying.
Regan: So where are you taking me to?
Tina: If I told you it wouldnt be a surprise would it?
Regan: Okay. Well. It looks like were done here.
Tina: Yeah. I gotta get going though. Have some stuff to take care of before our date.
Regan: Okay.
They head toward the door.
Tina: Ill see you later.
Regan: you bet.
Tina leans in and kisses Regan. It catching her by surprise but she recovers nicely. Tina moves her hand to Regans neck and pulls her closer. Regan steps closer to Tina and put her arms around her back. The kiss is a gentle one that soon turns passionate as Tina uses her tongue to gain access to Regans mouth. But then Regan pulls away.
Regan: We have to stop or well never go on that date.
Tina: Like that would be such a bad idea.
Regan: Well if thats what you want. But your friends might start to worry. They will call in the middle.
Tina: Yeah. Ill meet you at the planet at 1, ok.
Regan: Okay. See you then.
Regan stands in the doorway watching as Tina leaves. She looks at the clock in the hall to see what time it is.
Regan: Its 10. Ill un pack some more and then Ill go get ready.
At the planet. Shane, Dana and Alice are sitting on the couch waiting for Tina to arrive.
Alice: What is taking so long?
Shane What do you think is taking so long?
Alice: She said they didnt do that.
Dana: Do what?
Shane: Whatever two hot blooded Americans do when they really like each other?
Dana: Oh.
Alice: What do you think is going on between them?
Tina: Between who?
Alice and Dana: Holy *****!!
Tina: Sorry guys. I didnt mean to scare you.
Shane That was too funny.
Alice: You saw her
Shane: Yeah.
Dana: And you didnt say anything.
Shane I was drinking at the time.
Dana: *****
Shane: Yeah I do have a nice one.
Alice: So.. Tell us everything.
Tina: Theres nothing to tell.
Dana: Theres got to be something.
Tina: Nope
Shane: Your holding out on us.
Alice: Yeah. Just spill already Im gonna find out anyway.
Tina: It wasnt that big a deal. We watched a movie, ate pizza and drank beer.
Shane: Thats it.
Tina: Yeah.
Alice: Then what were you doing there this morning?
Dana: Yeah.
Tina: I fell asleep while watching the movie
Alice: and she kissed you awake and move hers hands
Tina: NO. And so did she and then she put me to bed.
Dana: Put you to bed? That sounds *****!
Tina: She carried me to the bed, Dana.
Alice: So no *****.
Tina: Nope
Shane: How is that possible?
Tina: Just cuz were in the same room and really horny doesnt mean we have to have *****. Besides, I kinda have to decide what Im gonna do about Bette.
Shane: Decide?
Tina: If there is a chance of us getting back together.
Alice: And?
Tina: I dont know. I really dont have time to think about it now. I have to go get ready for my date. Ill see you later. Bye guys.
Tina walks out of the Planet and begins to wonder if this date thing is a good thing. She still loves Bette but she was hurt. She wanted to try something new. So Tina decided to go on the date and if it was a good date she would try to move on. One miss Bette Porter wasnt going to be the end all be all of her life.

Like it very much.. I can see Tina wanting to get back at Bette , but also needing a friend to spend time with.. So we will see were you take us , keep going….
