Bette woke up a few hours later feeling a tiny little hand on her neck. As she opened her eyes she saw Tina sleeping closely. Her arm on Bettes chest. Bette smiled and moving carefully she jumped out of the bed. She walked to other room just to hear the phone ringing again.

Mss Porter, we will be landing in ten minutes

Shane was looking at Dr Wilsons face since she notice her eyebrow frowning.Tina was sqeezing her hand. She was not cooperating, not listening to what the doctor was saying.

Tina, you have to help me here, push when I say, ok? Dr Wilson said, looking at Shane for help.

Tee, look at me Shane said, pressing her hand with Tinas.

Shaking her head, with tears in her eyes Tina finally looked at Shane.

Lets do it ok Shane said, tenderly smling at Tina.

I cant, I cant Tina sobbed.

Of course you can Tee, they are almost here Shane said, encouragingly nodding.

Unable to talk Tina was shaking her head.

Dr Wilson, watching Tina, nodded to Shane to move closer to her.

If she doesnt push we will have to do a C-section, they cant wait the doctor said looking at Tinas belly.

Tina, cmom, you have to do it Shane said, fear in her tone.

Shaking her head Tina didnt look at Shane, ashamed.

Dana was pacing up and down the waiting room. Greta, reading a magazine was trying not to smile at the athletes nervouness. Helen, nodding on the phone was walking towards them.

She is here she said, to them.

What?, who? Asked Dana, stopping her pace at her side.

Bette, the helicopter just landed Helen said, anxiouness in her face, looking to the door.

Helicopter? Asked Dana, confused.

As Helen nodded the doors at the end of the hall fell open, letting a very pale Bette rushing in. Dana, seeing her friend, run to meet her, stopping in her tracks the moment she noticed the small figure that was grabbing her hand.

Who? Dana started asking. Tinas image hiting her hard.

Mom!! The little girl yelled, releasing Bettes hand to run into Helens arms.

Mom? asked Dana, looking back from Helen to Bette.

Tina is waiting for you Helen said, smiling at Bette, pointing to her the green door at the other end of the hall.

Nodding, Bette run towards the door. Once inside, in the small room she saw a pair of scrubs and a little window on the other door in the room. Leaning on the door, watching through the glass she saw a very pale Shane talking with a very serious Dr Wilson. Tinas face was not visible as all Bette was able to see were her bent legs covered with a sheet. Feeling her blood freezing Bette jumped into the scrubs and talking the paper mask, not sure what to do with it, she run inside the OR.

Turning to look at Tina, with a serious look on her face, Dr Wilson said,

Tina, we have to do a C-section, now

Nurses moving around Tina, were preparing everything while a pale Shane was sqeezing Tinas hand.

Tee? a light, fragile voice said from the door.

Shane and Dr Wilson turned around, finding a very pale Bette looking at them, wearing scrubs over her clothes, looking incredibly ridiculous.

Tee Said Bette, bit louder, walking towards Tinas figure.

Bette? mumbled Tina in between sobs, moving her legs, turning her head, incredulous.

Hearing her name, Bette run to Tinas side. Grabing her hand, not noticing the tears running wildly down her cheecks, Bette leaned down, placing her lips on Tinas.

Bette, we have to do a C-section, she is no cooperating Dr Wilson said, breaking the moment.

Bette looked at Dr Wilson and then back to Tina. Seeing fear on Tinas eyes, moving closely, Bette whispered,

Bug, look at me, listen you can do it (kissing her on the lips) we can do itam here ok

Crying again, unable to talk, Tina nodded, squeezing Bettes hand.

Ok, lets try one last time Dr Wilson said, more to the ready nurses than to anyone else.

Push said the doctor.

Tina pushed as ordered, looking at Bette, not moving her eyes from Bettes.

Shane, watching the scene from the other side of the room, was quietly crying, breathing heavily with each and very one of Tinas pushes.

Helen was caressing little Tinas cheeck under Greta and Danas amazed stare. Noticing the girls, Tina whispered to her mom,

Why are they looking at us?

Smiling, Helen answered,

Because you look a lot like somebody they know

Nodding, Tina smiled back at Greta and Dana who smiled back, loving not only the cute face but the delicious accent of the little girl. Before she was able to say anything, Dana saw how, jumping from her mothers lap, Tina walked to her side.

I like your shoes Tina said, pointing to Danas slippers.

Looking down at her feet Dana noticed, for the first time, that she was still wearing her slippers, a gift from Alice. They look like some muppets, from the mupets show. Blushing, Dana looked back at Tina, not wanting to look to Helen or Greta, whom at her side were giggling.

Uh, thanks Dana said.

Just then, a smiling Shane appeared running from the OR.

We have a boy! We have a boy!! she yelled, but before anyone could say anything back she disappeared again.

Wow said Dana, feeling tears in her eyes we have a boy

We have a boy? asked Tina, confused, looking at her mom.

Nodding, Helen walked to her kid and taking her in her arms kissed her on the cheeck.

Bette, crying like a baby was looking from Tina to Shane, unable to express her feelings. Dr Wilson voice brought her to reality,

Ok, there is somebody else waiting to make an entrance she said looking at Tina.

Nodding in unison, Tina and Bette smiled from behind their tears. Shane, on the other side of the room was looking at Jules, noticing the small hands, the little feet and his beautiful skin. Just the same as Bettes, she thought, amazed.

Ok, one more push, Tina Dr Wilsons said, bringing Shane back to the action.

Moving closely Shane stopped behind Dr Wilsons back just in time to see Jamies head. Feeling dizzy Shane looked up to Bette and Tina, trying to smile.

Uh, oh.. Shane mumbled before falling down on the floor, faiting.

Here she is, perfect Dr Wilson said, getting the baby from Tina. Looking at Shane, laying on the floor, Dr Wilson said to her beautiful nurse, help her.

Placing the baby on Tinas chest, the doctor asked a speechless, very moved, Bette.

You want to cut the cord?

Bette, amazed, looked at Tina, who nodding, smiled at her.

Moving closer to the cort Bette kept her breath, noticing her trembling hands

It wont hurt her Dr Wilson whispered.

Tina, smiling, was caressing her babys messy dirty head while Bette cut the cord.In just a second Bette was back at her side.
Looking at the baby, still dirty, Bette felt her stomach spinning. Looking at Tina, opening her mouth to talk, she felt very tired all of a sudden her muscles relaxing, a silly smile growing on her face as her eyes were closing.

Watching Helen and Tina talking, Dana smiled, trying not to think about Tinas amazing looks. The door from the ORs opened letting Nurse from ***** appear. Walking towards Dana, she said,

You can come in

Me?. Is Alice ok? Dana asked, looking at Helen and Greta, scared.

Without answering, the nurse led Dana into the Ors, leaving the other women wondering about Alice.

A very pale Shane and Bette were drinking whatever the nurses gave them while watching Tina glowing holding the two babies on her chest. Bette tried to smile, unable to stop the tears that were running down her cheecks.

II am gonna let the girls know about Jamie, ok said a blushing Shane, walking to the door, nodding.

Shane, wait said Tina, extending her arm.

Moving close to Tina, arching an eyebrow, Shane said,

Yeah?

Come here Tina said, taking her hand, making Shane lean closer.

Thank you Tina said before kissing Shane on the check.

Nah, it was nothing Shane said, shaking her head, blushing again.

Bette, at the other side of Tinas bed, noticing Shane cute embarrassment, said, sqeezing Tinas hand.

You have one beautiful godson Shane.

Looking at Bette and then to the babies, Shane smiled, nodding,

Yes I do she mumbled, feeling the emotion of the moment closing her lungs.

Shaking her head as trying to find the strength not to cry, Shane, said again, looking at the door,

Gonna tell the guys ok.

Dana entered the room finding Alice asleep. Moving closer she took her hand, making Alice to open her eyes.

Hey said Alice, still a little groggy.

Hey, what happened? asked Dana, confused.

Cute, eh? Answered Alice, smiling.

What? Asked Dana, even more confuse.

God am thirsty cried Alice, rolling her eyes.

You want some water? asked Dana, looking around for a glass.

I cant, not yet Alice said, her voice strange as she was feeling her mouth dry.

Why? Are you ok? asked Dana again.

Yeah chuckled Alice.

Seeing Danas eyebrow rising, Alice added,

Appendicitis

What? Danas jaw hitting the floor.

They just removed it Alice proudly said.

Oh My God cried Dana, pacing the room up and down, shaking her head.

Am ok Dane, am perfect smiled Alice, loving the confused look on Danas face.

How is Tina? And the babies? And Bette? She asked, making Dana stop her pace, looking at her.

We have a boy! Dana said, her face glowing. Bette got in timewith Helens kid Dana added, waiting for Alices reaction.

Tina is here? She asked, surprising Dana.

Tina? Asked Dana, looking to the door as if Alice was losing her mind.

Helens daughter Alice nonchalantly said, frowning, closing her eyes.

You know her? Asked Dana.

Yeah nodded Alice, mumbling, unable to add anything else as she was getting lost in a peaceful sleep.

Seeing Alice falling asleep Dana left the room, even more confuse.
