Bette: Go away Alice.

Alice: What do you expect her to do. Sit there and wait for you?

Alice: trying to be happy after you took her happiness away.

Bette: What

Alice: You cheated on her after she lost your baby. You lied to her and she tried to help you and you pushed her away. She fell head over heals in love with you and you took her for granted. Do you know she cried for hours after she left your house? For hours. Nothing I could do would make her stops. She just fell asleep. You broke her heart. There is probably nothing you could do to get her back. She seems to really like Regan. I want you to be happy but right now I want Tina to have it more and she does so if you cant just let her be happy then thats just sad on your part.

Bette: Why are you being like that?

Alice: because someone has to be the grown up.

Bette: Grown up.

Alice: Yeah

Bette: Your suppose to be my friend.

Alice: I am your friend, but Im Tinas friend too. You were her world. Everything she did she did for you. They TWO of you decided to have children. The TWO of you decided that she would quit her job and be the one to carry they baby. Then she lost it and it was like she was the only one that really mourned. You just seemed to carry on like nothing happened. You two have been losing touchthat love that you had in the beginning. She has dealt with your betrayal the best way she can and knows how. Shes moving on. It may be a bit to fast for your liking but unless you really try to fix your relationship your then one who is the problem.

Bette: ***** you Alice!

And Bette walks off mad. Not at what Alice said because it was a lie but at the fact that everything she said was true. She had taken advantage of Tina and treated her badly. She knew what she had to do. She had to figure out what she wanted. If she wanted Tina or not.

Alice watches Bette leave. She had said some harsh things but Bette needed to hear the truth. Alice walks back into the planet. She goes to where Dana and a just arrived Shane are sitting. She looks over to where Tina and Regan talking at their own table and is happy to see that Tina is trying to move on.

Dana: Wheres Bette.

Alice: She left. Did you tell her?

Dana: Yep


Alice: Well, he didnt want to see them together. And she didnt really like what I had to say.

Shane: What did you say?

Alice: That she needed to grow up.

Dana: What did you do that for?

Alice: She needs to figure out what she wants.

Shane: Yeah.. But.

Alice: No buts she needs to grow the ***** up.

Alice gets up to leave angry that Shane and Dana were angry with her.

Dana: Hey Hey Hey. (Reaching for her hand and pulling her back down, putting her hand on Alices chin and turning it to look at her.) You could have just said it a little better.

Shane: Yeah. What you said is true. She needs to see that.

Dana: Yeah. You did the right thing. (She leans in and kisses Alice lightly on her lips)

Alice: I just hope she gets herself straight.

Shane: We all do.

Back at the table with Tina and Regan.

Tina: So do you want to hang out with the gang for awhile?

Regan: I really just want to go home.

Tina: Can I come with you?

Regan: Youre here with your friends. You should stay.

Tina: I want to spend time with you.

Regan: You are out with them its kinda rude.

Tina: I think they will understand. (Tina puts her hand on Regans face and moves her thumb over her cheek.)

Regan: Ok. I have to call my car. Ill be right back.

Tina: Regan

Regan turns back to Tina who motions for Regan to come closer. When she does she kisses Regan again. But its a little deeper this time causing Regan to teeter on her feet.

Tina: Dont be long..

Regan Breathlessly: yeah.

Regan turns and puts her phone to her ear and walking outside the planet. Tina watches her leave before she gets up to tell the gang shes leaving. Dana is the only one left.

Dana: So

Tina: She told me what happened.

Dana: And

Tina: We made up.

Dana: Good. Where did she go? I wanted to hangout.

Tina: Shes tired after today so we going to her place to hangout. Where did Alice and Bette go?

Dana: Bette didnt take you two kissing to well and Alice went to talk on her. So I guess you and Bette are over?

Tina: For right now. I fell like I want to see where this goes. I really like Regan.

Dana: Good. Im happy for you but kinda sad at the same time.

Shane returns with coffee: what are you sad about? Did you and Alice have a fight?

Dana: No.

Tina: Im not going to pursue a new relationship with Bette right now. I want to try this thing with Regan out.

Shane: Thats great. You two look good together. Im happy for you.

Alice: What are we happy for T about?

Tina: Ive

Dana sees Regan coming toward them and interrupts Tina.

Dana: Ill tell you later (kissing Alice on the lips lightly.)

Regan: Hey, my car will be here in five minutes. Ladies, how are we today?

Shane: Good. Whats up with you?

Dana: Well your looking at the new spokes person for her own line of basketball shoes with Adidas.

Shane: Well isnt someone famous now.

Regan: Well that happens when they announce your trade today.

Alice: What does this mean for you now?

Regan: I have a shoe contract which means Adidas owns my ***** for the next three years. I have to be a good girl and play nice.

Shane: What about you being *****? Isnt that gonna be an issue.

Regan: No that what they hired me for. They like it when people buy their shoes and ***** and lesbians have deep pockets. Right Dane..

Dana just nods.

Alice: So your like the *****

Dana: Michael Jordan.

Regan: More like Sheryl Swoops but whatever works for you. Im surprised you guys got the sport right.

Tina: We know a little bit about Americas sport.

Dana: That would be right if she played baseball, T.

Tina: oh

Arianna walks into the Planet and sees the gang together. She walk over.

Arianna: Rey

Regan: Hey.

Arianna: The cars outside. I just need you to sign this and Im out of your hair for the next two days.

Regan: Okay.

While Regan is looking over the contract.

Arianna: Tina, I want to apologize for what happened today. I didnt know about your plans and

Tina: I know. She told me. Your were just doing your job and so was she.

Arianna: Ok. Hey, Dana.

Dana: Arianna. How are you?

Arianna: Im goodyou?

Dana: Ditto.

Regan: Okay here you go. Im sorry I havent introduced you to everyone. This is Shane McCutcheon and Alice Pieszcki.

Arianna: Hello. (Pager goes off) Well it looks like my work is never done. Ill see you later. Have a nice night.

The gang: bye

Regan: You ready to go?

Tina: Yeah. Ill see you guys later.

Dana: You two should come out Milk tonite.

Tina: Well see. Bye

Alice, Dana, and Shane: Bye.

Regan: See-ya.

Regan and Tina leave the table and walk toward the car. While walking Tina takes Regans hand in hers. Its a small gesture but it feels really bold.

At Regans house.

Regans opens the door and they walk into a still slightly unpacked house.

Tina: So what do you want to eat something?

Regan: That would be good. What would you like?

Tina: No Ill take care of dinner. You go change into to something more comfortable.

Regan: You dont have to do that.

Tina I know. I want to. So you go change and Ill have dinner coming. Chinese ok.

Regan: Sure. Lots of egg rolls.

Tina: coming up!

Regan leaves the kitchen and heads to change cloths.

Tina is calling the Chinese restaurant, places an order when there is a knock on the door. Tina goes to answer it and sees Regans sister.

Tina: What are you doing here?

Anna: The same could be said for you?

Tina: Um Regan and I are kinda

Anna: Dating? Your *****?

Tina: Yeah. What about you?

Anna: I have to have a reason to visit my sister? Besides I have to show her the new people in my life.

Behind Anna comes a man with a stroller with two babies in it.

Anna: Tina Kennard Id like you to meet Madison and Jasmine Jones.

Tina: Oh my god they are so cute.

Regan: Who is so cute? Anna what are you doing here? Hey Tommie. Whos in the stroller?

Anna: Your niece and nephew.

Regan: My what?

Anna: I had twins.

Regan: When were you pregnant? Why didnt you tell me? Oh my god. Come in quit standing in the doorway. What about mom and dad, do they know?

Anna: NO they dont and Id like to keep it that way.

Regan: Of course. Congratulations. Who are they and when do I get to hold them.

Tommie: This is you nephew Madison Alexzander.

Regan: Hes so big. Geez he looks jus like dad. That is scary. (Standing up and walking with the baby.) Hello there Mr. Madison. Im your aunt Regan and I will always have gum.

Anna: My children will not be fat.

Tommie: I hate to say this but they kinda already are.

Regan: And gum doesnt make you fat. Candy does and I will have plenty of that as well.

Anna: Whatever. This is Jasmine Nicole. Jaz this is your big headed aunt Regan. You will not be seeing her much because she wants to give you candy.

Regan: You will be seeing me all the time. I promise. And youll have more candy than you know what to do with. You are so cute. Breaking hearts left and right.

Tommie: Thats a little to soon to say.

Tina: How old are they?

Regan: Yeah!!!

Anna: Four months and 16 days.

Regan: And why wasnt I informed of their existence.

Anna: I wanted too but you were busy and stuff.

Regan: Liar.

Tommie: She wanted it to be a surprise. We decided that with the life she leads that if she was gonna have kids she would need to take a break and do so.

Regan: So when you bought a house in Atlanta you were pregnant.

Anna: Yeah.

Regan: Were you in Chicago doing a record?

Anna: No. I just wanted this to happen as normally as possible.

Regan: But you so could have told me.

Anna: I know .

Regan: Then why didnt you tell me?

Anna: I dont know. Its was so busy with trying to keep it a secret and all.

Regan: Whateveryou are so cuteyes you areokay you have to take her away before it gets worse.

Just then the doorbell rang.

Tina: The foods here.

Anna: Are we interrupting something?

Tina: We just got dinner in.

Regan: Your staying right?

Anna: We dont

Regan: Right!!!

Tommie: Yea well stay.

Regan: I knew there was a reason I liked you. Ill be right back.

Anna: So what is this?

Tina: What?

Anna: This with my baby sister? Last I heard you were with Bette? What happen to her?

Tina: Its a long story. But the short version of it is we broke up and your sister is

Anna: Yea.

Tina: She is so sweet.

Regan: My ears are burning. Stop talking about me. Tommie can you give me a hand.

Tommie starts clapping

Regan: Ha ha very funny. Get in here.

Tommie: Im coming.

Anna: So really.

Tina: She cheated on me and it was a really tough time for me. I had a miscarriage and our relationship wasnt in the best place. I needed to see for myself if I was attracted to other women or if it was just Bette. I really like your sister.

Anna: Have you done it yet?

Tina: Anna!!!

Anna: What?

Tina: Thats none of your business.

Anna: So you havent. But she has really nice lips.

Tina: And how do you know that?

Anna: Im her sister. We have the same lips. Tommie tells me that all the time.

Tina: Yea she does.

Meanwhile in the kitchen

Tommie: She ordered a lot for just the two of you.

Regan: Oh this is just for me

Tommie Youre a dork.

Regan I know. Look, I love my sister with everything that I am.

Tommie: I do to.

Regan: With that said when are you two gonna get married?

Tommie: I actually wanted to ask you if I could marry her?

Regan: Me? Last time I checked you would ask our father.

Tommie: I already asked them. I got their blessing. Now I want yours.

Regan: Do you love her?

Tommie: Yes.

Regan: You gonna take care of those kids for the rest of your life?

Tommie: Yes.

Regan: Im not gonna get a three AM phone call about you being a *****.

Tommie: Nope.

Regan: Then you have my blessing.

Tommie: Thank you! (Tommie comes up to Regan and starts to shake her hand but it turns into a bear hug and picks her up off the ground)

Regan: Cant breathe. Must stop hugging.

Anna: Looks you like chicks get off my man.

Regan: Hes on me thank you.

Anna: What are you two doing?

Regan: Bonding. Get out my Kool-Aid. What do you have to drink?

Anna: Do you have any beer?

Regan: Why yes, yes I do.

Anna: Then thats what Im having.

Regan: Here take the plates and silverware. Well be right in with the food and drink.

Anna: Alright mom.

Regan: Dont ever say that. Thats so mean. Mom used to say that. I hated when she said that.

Tommie: When she said what?

Anna: She would not let us eat anything before dinner so from like 3:30 on we would be starving.. And the only way we would know when we could eat was when one of us would go ask her and hen she said here take the silverware and plates. Ill be right in with the food and drink. Then we would have to wait at least another hour. She would torture us.

Tommie Why do you talk about your mom like that?

Regan and Anna: You spend 18 years with her and youll see why!!!

Regan and Anna are laughing. But then they hear babies crying.

Anna: Better get back in there.

Tommie: Well be right there.

They kiss before Anna leaves the kitchen

So you and Tina, huh?

Regan: What about it?

Tommie: Nothing I just saw they way she was looking at you when you holding the twins. She had the look.

Regan: What look?

Tommie: The I wove you look?

Regan: And were off to the living room.

The two head to the living room. Where they see Tina and Anna holding the twin standing and trying to quiet them down. Regan walked into the room and saw this sight. She looked at Tina while she held her nephew. It was one of the most beautiful things Regan had ever seen.

Tommie: No look, huh?

Regan: Dinner time.


Shane is at the bar at MILK watching Alice and Dana dance together.

Shane: So ***** cute.

Shane continues to watch them. Just then a tall Asian women came up to her.

Asian Women: Hey.

Shane: Hey yourself.

Asian Women: Do you want to dance?

Shane: Sure.


Meanwhile at Regans

Anna: We should all go to dinner. I had a really good time tonite.

Tina: Yeah. Me too.

Tommie: Im gonna go put the twin in the car.

Anna: Okay baby.

Tina: Ill help.

Tommie: Thanks.

Anna: So when are we going to dinner?

Regan: Whenever you want to? But I have to check with Tina first?

Anna: Ok. You do that. It was nice seeing you little sis.

Regan: It was nice seeing you, too? Look I dont want you to think I cant keep a secret?

Anna: I know you can. I just wanted this to be mine and mine alone I dont get to have a regular life you know. I wanted to tell you so bad.

Regan: I get it big sis. ( Going to hug her sister) I love you.

Anna: I love you, too!

Tina: They already to go.

Tommie: Come on mom. Its time to go.

Anna: Alright (hugging Tina) Tina, were gonna get together for dinner. You just let all star know when you can go.

Tina: Well do. It was really good seeing you.

Anna: Ditto.

Tommie: Night Griffin

Regan: Night Jones. (Whispering in his ear) take car of our family.

Tommie: You got it. Night Tina. It was nice to meet you.

Tina: The same here. Bye!

Tommie and Anna walk down the path to the car hand in hand.

Tina: They seem happy.

Regan: Yeah.

Tina: Are you okay?

Regan: Yes. Just really happy with where I am right now.

Tina: And that is

Regan: With you. Turning and kissing Tina on the lips.

Tina: I think I like that place too. Lets go inside.

Regan: OK.

They walk back into the house and sit on the couch in the den. Regan turns on the stereo and picks a random CD. Its Save Me by k.d. lang.

Regan: Didnt plan this song at all.

Tina: I bet. (Holding out her had to Regan) Dance with me.

Regan takes Tinas hand and they begin a slow dance.

Your really good at this.

Regan: I try.

They continue to dance. Tina lays her head in the crook of Regans neck. She breathes lightly on it and it sends shivers down Regans spine.

Tina: Im sorry.

Regan: Dont be sorry. I like it.

Regan turns her head toward Tina and kisses her forehead, then her nose, and then her top lip. Tina moans into Regans lips and takes her hand and runs it in her hair. They continue to dance as their tongues do the tango and Tinas heads move to the side of Regans face and Regans hands move to run up and down Tinas sides. The songs ends and is on to Kiss The Rain by Billie Myers. The pair stop dancing and continue to kiss. Tina move her hands to the bottom of Regans shirt. Using her finger tips she slips her hands in the shirt to touch Regans hips moving up and down her body. Every move of Tinas hand sets Regan on fire.

Regan: oh my god.

Tina: What?

Regan: Its just hot in here.

Tina: Then well just have to lose this shirt, now wont we?

With that said Tina starts to take Regans shirt off but Regan stops her.

Tina: What?

Regan: As much as I would like to do that. I think we need to slow down.

Tina: Do you not want to?

Regan: NO. God no. I just dont think either one of us are ready for that.

Tina: But

Regan: When its right. Its right. I dont want to rush this.

Tina: Your right.

Regan and Tina continue to dance till the wee hours of the morning.
