Chapter 100
“Bette…please talk to me…” Tina was very concerned.
“Tina…I….” Bette started crying again.
Tina wrapped her arms around Bette and held her close to her. “Baby…please tell me what’s going on. You’re really starting to worry me.”
Bette looked at Tina through her tears. “Tina…I wanted to surprise you…and…well.”
“Bette – spit it out – tell me please! Are you sick – what the ***** is going on with you?”
“Tina – I’m….oh God….this is not how I wanted this to be.”
Tina was becoming annoyed now. “Bette…how bad can it possibly be? Oh my God – you didn’t catch some sexually transmitted disease from that ***** did you?”
“Tina – no…no…God NO…nothing like that…..GOD NO!”
“Bette – I really don’t feel like guessing here – just tell me – come on Porter – SPEAK!”
“Tina…remember I told you I was going to go reserve the rest of number 69 at the cryobank?”
“YEAH…and you did right?”
“Oh yeah I did!”
“And…Bette…I’m going to smack you if you don’t tell me what’s going on!”
“Well, it was a few days after the babies were born – and I’ve kind of been doing the basal temperature thing….SO…I went and bought what was left – and that day I was ovulating and I took some to Dr. Wilson and she inseminated me and…”
“You’re NOT?”
“I am…”
“Oh my God Bette! That’s great….I love you…oh my God….another baby?”
“Well, not exactly…”
“What do you mean by that – it’s not human or what?”
“God Tina – don’t freak out on me ok?”
“Ok?”
“Tina – I’m pregnant with twins!”
“Holy *****! ***** me – and by the way it’s been six weeks – so you can ***** me now – TWINS!?”
“You’re not upset T?”
“NO – of course I wish I had been with you when it happened but – oh my God – this is great!”
“Really?”
“Yes – really…..you thought I was going to be upset?”
“Well – it is quite a surprise and two more babies!”
Tina’s face lit up! Oh my God – four kids in diapers, four toddlers, four teenagers, four kids in college! OH MY GOD!!
Bette looked at Tina. “I think I’m going to throw up!”
“This is great Baby…come here I want to kiss you. Oh my God – another set of twins! *****! This is great!”
“Boy T – you are happy about this aren’t you?”
“I’m thrilled!”
“Then I guess I can stop crying about it being twins?”
“Bette – our family is going to grow again – but can we stop after these two please?”
“Yeah – I’m so glad you’re happy about this!”
“Bette – we need to tell Alice to have that shower for us now! This is a serious bomb we can drop on everyone!!!! This is great – oh my GOD – I can’t believe it!”
“Believe it – I feel like *****! I believe it!”
“Awww Baby – let’s go take a nap – a real nap – ok – mom will watch the twins – the first set of twins! ***** – this is great!”
“Tina – calm down ok – you’re scaring me!”

Four children under the age of one year – Bette will be bald from pulling her hair out!!!

Congratulations on your 100th chapter and the celebration of Twins for the porter/kennard family. Here I was concerned that Bette had worned her self down so bad. Now that Tina has reached the 6 week period Bette can’t partake in the fun. I would of never considered Bette Porter wanting to become pregant. Can’t wait for the next chapter..

AvidReader – the same thing crossed my mind – and the wonderful thing about this little family is that Bette will continue to work – no complications because I said so and don’t forget – Bette has a rich DADDY! And he loves his grandchildren – all of them!!

I am sitting here laughing so hard I have tears of laughter straming down my cheeks. I would of never guessed in a million years that Bette would want to or even desire to be pregant. Now 4 children under a year of age, total oblivion. But it does make a good story. Excellent chapter, and I hope Bette gets some rest because she most definitely going to need it. Thanks so much for this hilarious 100th chapter. And the guilt will you know we hate cliff hangers when it comes to our two favorite women.
