Tina woke up feeling the dry breeze caressing her face. Laying on the bed, she lazily opened her eyes, feeling the warm sun rays lighting the room. Smiling, not sure why, her first thought went back to Bette. Rolling on the bed, she let the sweet memory cradle her mind back to a light sleep.

Dozing, realizing where she was, that the window was open, letting the breeze coming inside, Tina grabbed the sheets, hugging them. Still smiling she let her mind wonder around, bringing memories, making up images that were shattering her insides. Tina, with her eyes closed, hugging the sheets tighter, let the images grow, driving her to a place she was dying to know about.

Rolling on the bed, sighing in her light sleep, Tina saw Bette at her side. Peacefully sleeping with her bare arm on Tinas belly. Looking at Bette, feeling the weight of her arm on her, noticing her scent, imagining the softness of her curly hair Tina sighed again, dying to touch it.
Finding courage in her fears she carefully extended her trembling hand only to find the vision vanishing.

Opening her eyes, looking around, Tina realized that what she just saw was a dream, a very vivid scary dream.

Biting her lip, gulping, Tina caressed her empty bed.

Oh God! Oh good God!…what have you done to me? cried Dana, laying on the floor at Alices apartment.

Shhhyou dont need to shout…am right here! mumbled Alice, taking her head in her hands, fighting with the bright light that was trying to open her eyes.

Dana, rolling on the floor tried to sit on, feeling her head spinning, her mouth dry, her senses gone.

God, what did we do? she mumbled, opening her eyes, trying to focus.

Alice, watching a blurry Dana, felt a tiny smile growing on her face. Dana, wearing just a big Minnie Mouse t-shirt was trying to remove her messy hair from the face while trying to lick her dried lips.

God! she mumbled again, feeling her tongue thick as wood.

Is ok Dane, waitam gonna get you a glass of water Alice said, leaning on the couch, trying not very successfully to stand up.

Oh god!! she shouted defeat, sitting on the floor again.

Dana, looking at Alice, tasting her wooden tongue, mumbled

Those tequila shots were not a very good idea

Oh no, they were a genius idea drinking the whole bottle wasnt that much added Alice sighing, laying on the floor again.

Seeing Alice laying on the floor, Dana followed her, laying at her side.

    Al? she whispered.

Yeah? Alice answered, unable to open her eyes again.

What did we do? I dont remember anything Dana said closing her eyes, as Alice bare legs were giving her goose pumps even when she was not aware of it.

I have no idea Dane said Alice, shaking her head.

After a couple of quiet minutes, they heard a deep voice whispering.

Guysguysyou too are wildwho knew!! Shanes voice fresh like the morning breeze.

What? asked Dana and Alice in unison, sitting on the floor, opening their eyes.

Oh god They both added, placing their hands on their foreheads, dizziness filling their bodies.

Guysyou two beat me yesterdaythat was coolwe should repeat it Shanes voice loud and clear as she was already up, walking from Alices bedroom.

    We did? naively asked Dana.

Yuplast I remember you two were still drinking here Shane said, showing her friends the empty bottle of Tequila.

Ok guyshave to gosee you Seeing her friends fighting with hangover, Shane added, happily walking towards the door.

Mmm mumbled a nodding Alice, still trying to fully open her eyes.

Hearing the door closing after Shane, Dana added,

God! I dont even remember hooking up with her she whispered, slowly clambering, trying to reach the vcr to check the time.

I know, I know nodded Alice, noticing Dana moving, stopping close to the tv, staring at the vcr for what it looked like an hour.

What the ***** are you doing? Alice added, finally focusing her friend.

Al! is almost noon!!! Dana shouted again, making Alice to frown, closing her eyes again.

Nodding, unable to talk anything else before a cup of coffee, Alice stood up, and barefoot with her eyes still closed she walked towards the kitchen. Shaking her head she tried to remember, there was something bugging her, something in her mind fighting to come up but she was unable to see it, to reach it.

Al, I have to goTonya must be worried Dana mumbled from the living room, clumsily trying to get dress.

Hearing Danas words something hit Alices memory, opening her eyes as well as her mouth.

Holly *****! she said, seeing the past in front of her.

Did you say something? Asked Dana walking into the kitchen, rubbing her eyes, trying to get them fully open..

Eh, nonothing mumbled Alice, frantically shaking her head trying to erase last night images from her mind.

Oksee you later Al Dana said, lightly caressing Alices bare arm, feeling an unexpected warmth inside.

Rightwait Danetake a coke at leastyou can not drive with your stomach like that said Alice, handing Dana a coke from the fridge, trying not to look at her.

Thanks Dana said, taking the beverage.

See you Al she added, walking towards the door, shaking her head as if something was not right, not knowing what it was, just knowing there was something there. Closing the door behind her, she sighed blaming alcohol for the awkward feeling.
