Tina? An amazed Bette asked after a few seconds, not believing what she was hearing.

Candance maybe? Tina interrupted, teasing, feeling the muscles in her stomach relaxing.

Knowing that Tina was smiling by the tone of her voice Bette felt a knot in the stomach, drawing a smile on her face.

Is okam sorry to call you this lateI Tina said, finding difficult to express what she wanted to say, knowing that Bette was there, waiting for her to talk.

Knocking on Tinas door Bette felt her knees trembling, her hands sweating. Sighing, she closed her eyes till she heard the door opening.

Opening the bag, Tina got the Haggen-Dazz caramel ice cream.

Am having water Smiled Tina, turning to look at Bette.

Dont you prefer a beer…or even wine? Tina asked while checking the stove.

No, water is just fine, thankswhat are you cooking?it smells delicious She added, moving closer to Tina.

Nothingis just grilled chicken with baconand salad Tina answered, pouring Bettes glass.

Can I help you with anything? Bette asked, taking the glass of water Tina was handing her.

You can set the table Tina answered, opening the cabinets, making herself busy.

Ok Bette said, moving closer, leaving the glass of water on the counter.

Feeling Tinas body so close, Bette felt her knees weakening again, her hands trembling, her mouth dry.

Closing her eyes, she sighed before hearing herself saying,

Tina Her voice taken her by surprise, unable to stop the words that were waiting at the edge of her lips.

I..II have to tell you something Bette mumbled, her eyes screaming with fear.

Ok Tina nodded, feeling the familiar knot in the stomach.

Listening Bettes words Tina felt her body shivering, her hands trembling. Leaving the plates she was holding on the table, she moved closer to Bette.

Noticing the changed in Bettes face, how her features were clouding, Tina added,

Looking at Tina, seeing her lips moving, but not hearing her last words Bette mumbled, standing still, unable to move.

Before Bette could react, before the meaning of Tinas words could reach her mind, her conscience she saw Tina leaning into her, placing her lips on hers.

Leaning backwards, Bette surprised Tina asking,

“What? asked a surprised Tina, moving a little to look Bette in the face.

Yoga, the night of the concert you whispered you knew I do yoga Bette said, curious, but at the same trying to calm her nerves.

You heard that? Tina asked, fully blushing.

Nodding, not voicing her thoughts,Bette smiled, sweetly removing a lock of hair from Tinas face.

I saw you Tina whispered, shyly smiling.

When? Asked Bette, trying to imagine Tinas answer.

I dont focus that much in Yoga at least Tina whispered, getting lost in Bettes stare.

Playfully smiling, without losing Bettes stare, Tina leaned into Bette, kissing her softly.

Breaking the kiss, feeling dizzy, Bette sweetly looked at Tina for a few seconds before adding,

Are you sure? Her words barely a whisper, her hands still trembling.

About what? Tina playfully asked, holding Bettes stare, feeling secure for the first time in a long time.

Holding Tinas stare, feeling numb, Bette mumbled,

This? Bette words following her eyes as she was looking around and then back at Tina.

Dinner you mean? Tina asked, loving the lost look on Bettes face.

Tightening Tinas hand, not letting her move, Bette shook her head.

Nodding, Tina said,

Bette I dont know right know I know nothing all I know is what I feel

Tightening her grip, Bette asked,

What you feel? her words unable to hide the fear that was running through her body.

Looking at Bette for a few long seconds Tina felt her insides melting by the look on Bettes face. Nodding, trembling like a leaf she said,

All I know is that I want to hold your handthat I want to hear you talking that I need to feel you close that that I need to touch you somehow she whispered, her last words shyly added, as a last minute secret.

Staring at Tina, feeling her heart breaking apart, Bette nodded noticing a smile growing on her face.

Releasing Tinas hand, Bette raised hers and not losing Tinas eyes, she took her face in her hands before very slowly lean into her, kissing her hard, letting herself to get lost in Tinas mouth for the first time.

Breaking the kiss to breathe, Tina shyly asked,

What do we do now?

Eat? whispered Bette after taking a few seconds to look at Tina, loving the blush on her face.

Right Tina mumbled, nodding, trying to get her senses back, resting her forehead on Bettes shoulder.
