Tina hung up the phone and smiled broadly. Now that she had that out of the way she had one more phone call to make. Picking up the phone she dialed the CAC and waited for James to answer the phone.

Tina hung up the phone and just shook her head. Sometimes she didnt know how Bette was able to handle so much going on all at the same time without going completely crazy. Oscar knocked on the door of Tinas office and Tina waived him in with a smile.

Yup. I just got off the phone with a few vendors whove agreed to make donations and some of my friends are going to help out as well.

Oscar smiled and waived bye as he walked out of her office. Tina gathered up some more papers with details for this weekend and threw them all into her briefcase before glancing at the clock and deciding to head home to clean up a little and get things organized for her friends. A few hours later Tina had the house clean with the exception of her paperwork that was spread out all over the place, and she had ordered take out for the girls when they got there. Alice and Dana showed up together giggling and laughing about something and the three of them dived into the food since Bette called and said she might be a little late. Shane had an appointment that was ending at six so she would be there momentarily as well. Shane showed up right on time and as soon as Tina had them all fed and happy she sat them down and explained what the weekend would entail.

Okay guysheres the deal. Oscar and I decided that we should take part of the money we won from American Gladiators and use it to support a fundraiser for the kids at the center. Since its winter we decided to host a carnival and give the kids a day of fun for a very low cost. What I need from each of you is to oversee one of the activity booths and make sure that the kids are having a good time and stuff. Oh and at the end of the day theres going to be a show that we are putting on and I need you guys to be one of the animals

Well I figured that if I just assigned booths to you guys you might complain about which booths you get and which animals you get to be so Im leaving it totally up to chance.

She pulled out two hats with little pieces of paper in them. In one hat were four possible booths and in the other were four possible animals that they could be. Alice jumped up and grabbed the hats and declared that she would pick first. Dana, Tina and Shane all rolled their eyes and let her have her way and she dramatically pulled out one piece of paper from each hat and read aloud.

Dana laughed as she taunted Alice who sunk back down on the couch and looked grouchy. Shane let Dana go next and Dana nervously pulled out two pieces of paper and read hers aloud like Alice had done.

Alice pouted more as Tina scolded her as Dana and Shane laughed at Alices childlike behavior. Bette walked in the door at that moment and after getting some food she settled down on the seat next to Tina and asked what was going on. Tina explained about the carnival and how everyone had to oversee one booth and also be an animal at the show that was going to take place at the end of the day. Bette kind of rolled her eyes at the thought and Alice jumped in and complained, per usual.

Alice remained silent but Dana jumped right in for her.

Bette was in the middle of swallowing and she nearly choked on her food as Dana and Shane started laughing again thinking of Alice dressed up like a pig and running around the carnival. Bette had to get herself a glass of water and calm down before making any kind of comment to Alice.

Shane just waived saying go ahead and Bette sighed and rolled her eyes again as she pulled out two pieces of paper. She read them to herself and glared at Tina who glanced over at the papers and burst out laughing. The other three wanted to know what she got and Alice ripped the papers from Bettes hands and gladly read them out loud.

Okay for Miss Porter we have the dunking booth andHAHAHAHAHA

She was laughing so hard that Dana had to take the papers from her and finish the sentence.

Even Shane started laughing at that as Bette just turned a little red and Alice was rolling around on the floor laughing her ***** off. She finally managed to get a sentence out between gasps for air.

Bette just rolled her eyes and handed the last two papers to Shane who just read them and shrugged.

Everyone was a little giddy at the thought of dressing up like animals and after a few minutes Tina finished explaining how the day was going to work and soon after that everyone decided to head home. The carnival was two days away and Tina couldnt wait as she knew it would be so much fun for the kids. Bette on the other hand was dreading having to dress up like a cow and publicly humiliate herself especially with Alice in firing distance. As they got ready for bed Tina giggled to herself as she tried to imagine what all her friends would look like dressed up as farm animals and more importantly how Bette would look dressed up as a cow. As they crawled into bed Tina snuggled into Bette who whispered good night and Tina just giggled before she responded.
