Bette stopped outside Alices apartment and composed herself.

This is it Porter. I have to get her to come home so we can work through this together. I need her home.

She saw that Tina had left the door ajar and slightly tapped on it before pushing it open and making her way in to the apartment.

Tina?

She walked into the living room where she heard soft music playing and looked around before feeling a gentle breeze blowing into the room from the open sliding door that led out onto the balcony. She turned around to look outside and saw Tina standing there, looking out to the horizon where the sun had set and the night sky was rising.

She couldnt help but just stop and stare – just watching the woman she loves as she looked out to the horizon in search of answers.

How did I let this happen? I love her so much.

She took a few steps forward before stopping once again to watch Tina outside. This time however, her eyes welled up with tears as the realization hit her that this could possibly be her only chance to prove to Tina how much she loved her and how truly sorry she was. She made her way to the sliding door and stopped under its frame before taking a deep breath, one small step forward and reaching out to touch Tinas shoulder before softly whispering to the one woman she truly loved.

Tee?

Tina turned around slowly to face Bette. Tears rolling down her face as she looked into Bettes eyes. They just stood there for a minute – both women crying at the sight of the other before Tina broke the silence that seemed to last forever.

Bette?

Bette looked at Tina intently, hoping for some sort of sign that they were going to be okay. The look on Tinas face however was cold and distant, leaving Bette speechless as she looked into her wifes eyes searching for the loving woman she knew.

Hey Shane

Alice called out to Shane as she was making her way into The Planet. Shane looked at her smiled.

Hey man. How are you?

Im okay. Where are you headed? Come inside with me, I need to talk to you.

No can do. I havent been home for two days now. I need to get some sleep. Plus, you have someone waiting inside for you.

Alice quickly glanced behind her and couldnt help but smile as she caught a glimpse of Dana slowly sipping her coffee.

She told you huh?

Shane smiled at Alice. Yup. Tell you the truth Al, I didnt know you had it in you.

Alice blushed at Shanes statement.

Whats this? Alice Pieszecki blushing? Dude, thats so ***** cute.

Shut up Shane!

Alices cheeks were now flushed fully red. Shane didnt even have to ask her how she felt about Dana. She already knew.

Thats why she hated Tonya so much. How could I have not seen it? Shane just looked at Alice and smiled.

Well dude, Im outta here. Good luck.

Alice was still smiling to herself. Yeah, see you later.

Shane turned around and started walking away before she turned back and looked at Alice still standing there with that smile plastered to her face.

Dude, you might wanna go inside.” Shane stopped for a second and just looked at Alice before adding “And by the way, she feels the same way.

Alice’s smile just grew wider as she looked at Shane and waved her good bye before heading inside. Her mind was temporarily cleared of the situation between Bette and Tina and she was feeling a bit more confident to face Dana after talking to Shane.
