And I love you Bette.
They lay there, bodies and souls entwined as they whispered loving words to one another.
Tee, theres something I have to ask you & I know it might seem a bit too soon and if it is just tell me.
Tina was about to speak but Bette placed her index finger on Tinas soft lips before softly whispering a shhhh. She replaced her index finger with her thumb and slowly ran it across Tinas bottom lip before leaning in to kiss her softly.
Tina pulled Bette in closer to her, deepened the kiss and slowly slid her tongue on Bettes while massaging it with her own. Bette began to move slowly against Tina starting a slow rhythm against her naked body.
Tina moved her hands slowly down Bettes back before hesitantly breaking the kiss and softly whispering into her ear.
Bette, babe?
Bette slowly licked her lips.
Yeah Tee?
You were going to ask me something.
Bette stopped moving against Tina before staring deeply into Tinas eyes which reflected the light of the candles burning around them almost symbolizing their passion. She took a deep breath.
Okay. Here goes.
Tee baby, I know weve only been saying each other for a year and each day I see you my love for you just keeps growing. I love you Tina Kennard and you make me the happiest woman alive just by being near me. I guess what Im trying to say is, Tina, I know you are the one for me and something inside me tells me you feel the same way. I feel it when were together no matter what were doing and I never want that feeling to end. What Im trying to ask you is, Tina, baby, will you
Tina could not contain herself anymore. She pulled Bette into a long, passionate kiss that left Bette both breathless and speechless.
Bette, Im yours always and forever. Im sorry I interrupted you babe, but I just wanted you to know that the answer is yes, it has always been yes, from the day I met you it has been yes and it will always be less. I love you Bette Porter and nothing would make me happier than to be your partner for life. Nothing will change my love for you Bette, ever.
Bette was absolutely speechless. Her eyes glistened with tears yet she wore the happiest smile on her face. She could not find the right words to express how happy Tina made her. She leant in and lightly kissed her.
I love you, Tina, now and forever, only you.
With that Bette leaned in and Tina pulled her closer to share another passionate kiss but in the midst of their kiss something happened, the love disappeared. Everything went black.
***** you! ***** you!
Tina bit Bettes cheek, tears streaming down her face.
***** you!
Bette screamed in pain.
Tina!
Tina jolted up and in a reflex swung her hand swiftly forward to push the figure standing over her.
Tina saw the figure double over in pain and fall to the floor beside the bed.
***** Kennard! What the ***** was that about?

Who did she kick. Let tina go home,and talk to Bette she will never get over this until she clears the air with Bette. Bette can still leave town for awhile.but Tina might find someone new in that time. You are damn if you don;t and damn if you do. Let them talk,without screaming at each other. thanks for this chapter.
