Alice wondered if she should knock, ring the doorbell or use the spare key that Bette had given each and every one of her friends for emergencies. What if she came in when they are deep in conversation and didnt want to be interrupted? She didnt want to come in between the two people she loves so deeply. All she wants is for them to get back together FAST! She knows Bette was wrong and she knows Tina was hurting; but she also knew that only Bette can lift Tinas suffering and make her happy again and Tina is the only one who can make Bette a better person; Alice knows for sure. She sighed. She knew she can handle whatever is behind the door but can the two broken hearts handle her being there; taking their alone time together to reconcile? And she sure hate to get Bette crossed because no one messes with Bette when she doesnt get her way well maybe just Tina

She leaned her ears to the door just to hear if this was actually a bad time to come in but didnt hear anything. She got her keys from her jeans pocket and inserted it in the lock. She turned the key, grabbed the door handle and pushed the door open.

Alice was surprised to see the living room. There was no one there. She wasnt sure if she liked it. She hoped those two have made up but then again she knew it was too soon. Infidelity isnt something that Bette and Tina have taken lightly and the fact that it has happened to them, made it all worse. She wasnt sure if Tina will ever forget it happened but she knew Tina will eventually forgive Bette for what she did.

She walked slowly to their bedroom hoping if they were in there it would only for good things and not a replay of what had happened the previous night as Tina have told her.

T? Bette? Are you guys in there? Alice stood just outside the bedroom leaning on the corridor wall. She knocked on the door when she didnt get any replies.

Hey you two are you ok? Im coming in?

Alice opened the door slowly and found the room was as she left it earlier today but with the wardrobe door open and clothes on the floor. She suspected they must have been from when Tina was packing her things to go over Alices. She checked on the bathroom and still no one was there.

Alice went to the kitchen and opened the fridge. She got a bottle of water and drank straight from it. Her stomach growled. She nearly spilled water on the kitchen floor. She wiped her mouth with the back of her hand. Man, she thought, I am so so so so so hungry and damn thirsty! She turned around and noticed the door to the pool was ajar. She placed the bottle on the kitchen counter and sauntered toward it. As she opened the door she noticed a figure on one of the chairs.

As she slowly approached it she noticed it wasnt just one person, there were two people on it and she quickly saw how peaceful they looked in each others arms. Alice let a sigh of relief. Tina was lying on top of Bette with Bettes arms around her. Bette had her cheek rest on Tinas forehead with her lips just a few millimetres from it. Their legs are tangled and Tina had her hands on Bettes arms as if protecting them from the world.

Now this is the Bette and Tina I know, Alice smiled looking at the piece of art in front of her. She heard Shanes truck pulled over. She didnt want to wake them so she left them quietly as she could with a huge smile on her face.

Alice wasnt sure what Dana was talking about but she couldnt care less as nothing can bring her mood down. She is the happiest ***** alive right now. Her two best friends have made it through the rough patch and the smile on her face was starting to hurt her cheeks but still she couldnt help but smile. Shane and Dana was walking toward the front door and both looked up surprised to see Alice.

Hey guys! Alice said with a little too much enthusiasm.

Dana and Shane just looked at her bewildered the way she was acting. She has been stressing all day and how she was acting now was a little too comforting.

Hey Al Shane and Dana said at the same time.

Al, everything ok? You seem kinda funny Shane looked at her worried.

Yeah Al, whats up? Where are Bette and Tina? Dana asked.

Man, are you guys in for a big surprise!!! Alice thought, her smile still on her face stuck like glue. Alice starred both at Shane and Dana thinking how happy she was to have everyone here when their friends are on the path of reconciliation.

Al, youre scaring me, and what is with the silly smile? And dont tell me you just got laid in the midst of all this!!! Shane interjected.

With that statement, Alice rolled her eyes and just smiled wider. Well, if you must know, our two queens are resting just by the pool; together, sharing the same chair, with arms around each other and Alice couldnt finish as Dana and Shane ran to her and hugged her.

Oh my god, Shane said as she pulled herself from the embrace, are you sure Al? Are you sure theyre back together?

Alice smiled at her and at Dana at the same time. I dont know if theyre back together but I guess youre on the right track!

So what now? Dana asked.

What do you mean Dane? Alice said.

Well, should we wake them up and tell them we know or we leave them there? I mean Tina DID call you to come over

Maybe we can hang around here for a minute

You guys are here? Shane was interrupted by Tinas voice. Everyone turned around as Tina looked on them from the front door. They were so engrossed in their conversation they didnt hear her at the door.

Umm yeah we umm yeah T, we Dana wasnt sure what to say.

As usual Alice came to everyones rescue. You called so I came as fast as I could and I kinda asked these two to come along for the moral support, for the two of you both I mean, but I see that you dont really need it now Alice couldnt help herself but smile.

Tina smiled and gestured for them to come in.

Once inside, all of them took their places on the couch just in front of the TV. All of them looked at Tina with questioning faces and Tina knew exactly what was going on here.

Bette is in the bathroom she will be out soon, Tina walked towards the kitchen to get some water.

T, why did you call me? Alice asked.

Tina returned and sat on the couch next to Alice. She took a sip of her water and placed the glass on the table. She looked at her but didnt say a thing. She placed her hand on Alices, leaned forward and kissed her cheeks.
