Shakespeare’s Bette and Tina
Story written on December 16, 2004 by BealsBaby.
Two beauties, both alike in dignity,
In fair L.A., where we lay our scene,
From ancient desires break to new sexuality,
Where mens bodies make ladies hands unclean.
From forth the lustful loins of these two sides
A pair of star-cross’d lovers change their life;
Whose adventurous sexual fun and rides
Do with their union bring their parents’ strife.
The fearful passage of their fate-mark’d love,
And the continuance of their friends’ offers of genes,
Which, but ones infidelity, nought could remove,
Is now the one series’ traffic of our screens;
The which if you with patient eyes attend,
What here shall miss, Showtime toil shall strive to mend.
