Alice entered the Planet, she carefully closed the door, avoiding to scan the room for her friends until she really had to. But the door closed pretty quickly so it didnt really buy her much time. She had to do the one think she wanted to avoid, she had to go to her friends and pretend that nothing had changed since early this morning. She turned around and spotted Shane, Dana and Tonya at a table just by the windows. She sighed and went up to them, announced that she was there by giving them a quick morning before she sat down on a chair next to Shane. Dana quickly looked away, trying to avoid eye-contact with Alice by any means. Morning. Were you up late last night huh? Shane answered. Dana quickly turned her head looking at Alice with an expression of panic in her eyes. Alice squirmed uncomfortably. Um. What do you mean? She asked. I drove by your apartment at 5 this morning and the lights were still on. Did you get lucky last night, ey? Shane said playfully. No, actually, I was up all morning comforting Tina. Alice answered. Whats wrong with Tina? Dana asked quickly. Forgetting the embarrassment she felt when she remembered the kiss between herself and Alice. Id rather not tell you here, but you have to get to know it so She sighed, not knowing how to tell the friends that Bette was a cheating ***** not worthy their friendship. Tina came to me last night. When I got home from The CAC, she sat at my couch in the dark. Bette cheated on her with that carpenter, Candace. No, Bette wouldnt, she loves Tina! Dana said. Oh, I knew how she was like that! Tonya announced with her shrill voice. I just didnt want to tell you people, knowing that Bette is your friend! Alice completely ignored her. Bette confessed the whole thing. Tina is completely devastated. Shes still at my house, sleeping. Shes been crying all morning so I didnt want to wake her up when I left. Alice and Dana was in shock, and even Shane had a hart time dealing with the fact that Bette had hurt the one thing that meant everything to her. They all sat there quiet for a while, before Alice broke the silence. I have to go to the err bathroom she announced. Because Because Well, because I have to go, yknow. She got up from the table and went in to the bathroom. She looked at her reflection in the mirror, straightened her back and went up to it, she leaned towards the sink. ***** Alice! Shes your best friend, you cant feel this way! At the same time Dana were trying to find a good excuse to go to the bathroom too. I… I have to go to the the bathroom too. She stuttered. Shane grinned but Dana didnt care at that moment, she got up really quickly and went over the bathroom door, sighed before she opened it and entered the bathroom. When Dana saw Alice leaning over the sink her heart started to beat faster. She wanted to go up to her and put her arms around Alices waist, kiss her neck and never let go. But something stopped her. Alice didnt notice that Dana entered the bathroom at first, but when she looked up from the sink she saw her reflection in the mirror. She quickly turned around looking in to Danas eyes. God those eyes, those arms, those *****. No Alice, dont go there! She thought, you have to say something! But she couldnt find anything to say, she was alone in a room with her best friend, her heart was on its way out of her chest. Or at least it felt that way. It had never pounded like this before. But Dana was her best friend. Her best friend who now had become something more. Or had she become something least? Maybe this had ruined the friendship between the two of them. We have to talk! Dana was the one who broke the silence. Yea. Alice answered, feeling really stupid because she couldnt come up with anything else to say. This morning. How Why What happened? Dana asked. I just I dont know Alice answered, breaking eye contact and looked to the floor. For the first time in history she didnt want to be so close to Dana. She didnt want to have to deal with this right now; she wanted to live in a fantasy about them forever. But she made up her mind to tell Dana how she really felt. Dane she said, sighed, and then looked up into Danas eyes again. I know this is a bad time, you getting married with Tonya and this thing with Tina and Bette and all, but I just cant help it, I have to tell you how I feel, and I think I love you. Dana looked at Alice in shock. Her best friend had just told her that she loved her and she couldnt believe it, this was what shed been fantasising about for so long. She moved closer to Alice, til she was just millimetres away, she leaned in and they kissed for the second time. Tongues meeting, playing, in each others mouths and back again. Alice put her arms around Dana and Dana put her hands on Alices hips forcing them closer to hers. They kissed hungrily, both wanting more. They wanted to touch each other, kiss each other, taste each other. Alice undid the button in Danas jeans, unzipped them and put her hand in them. Dana moaned out loud and moved towards it, wanting to feel it even more. Alice kissed Danas neck and collarbones, Dana squirmed under her touch. Lets go somewhere more private Alice breathed into Danas ear. Lets go to my place. Dana answered, still moving towards Alices hand. What about Tonya? Alice asked, and stopped the act. Shell be out all afternoon, her parents are on their way here, but Im sure I can get out of meeting them. Dana answered. Okay, lets go to your place then. Alice said. Get there at four, and Ill be waiting for you. Dana said in a tone of voice which Alice had never heard before. They straightened their clothes and went out of the bathroom. Both looking forward to an afternoon, alone together in Danas bed.
