Tina silenced her with a kiss. She pulled away and ran her fingers through Bettes curls.

Wiping away each others tears, they kissed gently and wrapped their bodies together. It wasnt long before they fell asleep.

The next morning they woke to the smell of bacon frying. They found Robert in the kitchen, and he immediately handed them both a fry-up. As Bette thanked him and left the room, he put a hand on Tinas shoulder.

They spent the morning digging out old childhood memories of Tinas, and enjoyed more of Carols cooking for lunch. Afterwards they settled back down in the lounge.

Bette hurried upstairs to collect their things while Carol retreated to the kitchen. Tina and Robert moved to the hallway.

They embraced, and Tina walked out to the car as Bette came down the stairs with their bags.

Bette kissed him on the cheek and joined Tina at the car. They waved to Robert as they drove away. It wasnt long before Tina was crying again.
