Monday morning came around quickly and Tina was determined to go back to work She had convinced the Captain to place her on light duties for the next week or so, until she recovered sufficiently from her injury. Tinas alarm sounded at 7am.

Tina groggily got up and put the coffee machine on, thats one thing she could manage to easily do. Tina and Sarah continued to chat and a few minutes later Alice was back from interviewing Natalie. Having got all the information she needed for the story, Alrighty thenSarah, you ready? Our job here is done!!

Tina looked at her watch and decided to call it a day. It was just after lunch and she couldnt stand the thought of being at the station, and not being able to do her routine duties!

Tina was just about to call Bette to come and pick her up, when Captain Barnes hurriedly approached her.

Captain Barnes: Tina we just received a 911 call from the Bette Porter gallery. I thought you really would want to be there. Come on Ill drive you. Take your fire jacket thoughI dont know how bad it is? I dont even know what it is..Some sort of emergency situation? The caller was very vague. The trucks already been dispensed with Nat and the boys.

Without thinking Tina instinctively grabbed her fire coat and was out the door. Tinas heart was racing matched by her legs as she sprinted to the Captains car, praying that the situation wasnt bad and Bette was safe! God Bette please be ok. Tina kept saying to herself, over and over, as the Captain started his car and drove her to the gallery.

As far as Tina was concerned she couldnt get there fast enough!!!!
