Unrequited Love
Everyone was at the Porter-Kennard Residence, playing their usual game, poker.
"What time is it?" Tina asked while she yawned.
Bette placed her hand over at Tina’s head, signaling her to lay her head on her shoulder.
"Its 11:40PM" Said Kit.
"Already? But were not done yet! Hah! I win! I got a flush in Diamonds!" Alice beamed, taking all the money and counting them. Everyone except Bette groaned.
"Not so fast Ms. Piezecki", Bette looked at her grinning, "I got a Royal Flush!" Bette said, taking all the money from Alice. Alice groaned.
"Congratulations baby" Tina said as she kissed Bette.
"Wonder when you’ll ever lose! Alice said.
"Bette’s never lost a game" Dana said.
"I beat her the last time we played!" Alice said.
"That’s because you cheated!" Bette said.
"*gasp* I did not!" Alice exclaimed.
"Yes you did you little *****!" Bette exclaimed.
"No I did not Betty!" Alice said
"Don’t call me that hairy butt!" Bette yelled, looked as if she’s ready to strangle her.
"It’s not hairy for your 411 Betty" Alice said, looking at Bette with amusement.
"Ok you kids! It’s time for bed!" Tina said, cutting Alice and wrapping her arms around Bette to calm her down. Shane, Kit and Dana giggled at the two who banters all the time.
"They’re cute Shane said to Dana and Kit Who?" Dana asked, confused.
"Alice and Bette! The way they banter, the way Alice loves to drive Bette crazy it’s like there’s something hidden in there." Shane explained.
"Hidden?" Kit asked, confused.
"You know, like maybe they have feelings for each other. You know what they say about people who loves to tease or banter with each other" Shane said.
"Yea yea but it’s not true in this case. I mean, their just ahem kids and Bette is married to Tina" Dana reasoned out.
"Yea and besides, its how Alice is usually" Kit said.
"Ok guys I really have to go. I have an early training tomorrow." Dana said, while gathering all her things. "Me too, I got an 8am appointment tomorrow" Shane said, putting on her boots.

Don’t sell youself short, the sory was entertaining and funny. Actually, if you decide to further the story, but with Alice still harboring feelings for Bette, I would for sure continue to read it. :)

This was really good and very funny! Don’t talk down on yourself – this is meant to be fun, so have fun with it. Many of us are just readers and do not have the courage you have to even attempt writing fanfic. You’re great and have the gangs’ banter right on point!
