Tina woke up face down on her bed with her head buried in her pillow. Her mouth was dry and she knew if she moved at all her head would start pounding. She slowly rolled over and noticed that she passed out in her clothes. She slowly climbed out of bed and made her way to the shower and turned on the hot water letting the steam fill the room. Tina looked at herself in the mirror, she was pale and had dark circles under her eyes. “Wow you look so pretty” she said to herself. Finally she shed her clothes and climbed in hoping the hot water would draw out some of the alcohol. She got out of the shower still feeling like *****, she threw on a pair of jeans and a hoodie and decided to head over to Kaitlin’s to see how she was feeling.

Kaitlin: “Hey party animal” she smirked as she opened the door.

Tina: “Ugh, I feel like *****”

Kaitlin: “I see that, come on in, i’ll make you a bloody mary. It will cure whatever ales ya”

Tina: “Can it cure my memory, cause I don’t remember anything after that sixth beer”

Kaitlin: “Wait you don’t remember anything?”

Tina: “No, how did I get home? Please don’t tell me I drove.”

Kaitlin: “Ahh this is priceless” she laughed “No you didn’t drive home. Bette Porter drove you.”

Tina’s heart started to race as she instantly began to remember the events of the night.

Tina: ‘Oh my god” she wispered as she put her head in her hands.

Kaitlin: “What? What?”

Tina: “What did I do?”

Kaitlin: “What did you do?!”

Tina: “I kissed her”

Kaitlin jumped up out of her chair laughing then she starting doing the running man.

Tina: “Sit down you lunitic”

Kaitlin: “I knew you would come around sooner or later”

Kaitlin had this theory that everyone in the world was *****, and it was her duty to help them come out. She truly embraced who she was and wasn’t going to hide it from anyone. She was a twenty five year old kid. Tina always decribes her apartment as a ***** pride parade inside a toys r us.

Tina: “Im not *****. I just kissed a girl”

Kaitlin: “No you kissed Bette Porter”

Tina: “I know”

Kaitlin: “So what was it like?”

Tina: “It was…”

Kaitlin: “yes”

Tina: “Absolutly amazing. I’ve never experianced a kiss like that before. Her lips were so soft and she smelled so good.”

Kaitlin didn’t reply she just leaned back in her chair and smiled.

Tina: “What?”

Kaitlin: “Look at you, little strait girl snaging the most infamous ***** in west hollywood”

Tina: “I didn’t snag anything. It was a drunken urge or something.”

Kaitlin: “Ok Tina you just keep telling yourself that. You should talk to her and address these feeling before they eat you alive. I’ve known you for a long time girl, im just trying to help you.”

Tina: “I know, I know. I love Eric though, im not *****. Maybe I’ll stop by the gallery later and talk to her.”

Kaitlin: ‘That’s my girl”

Bette was just getting ready to go to lunch when Alice came barreling through the door. “Alright Porter. Tell me everything” she said pushing Bette back down in her chair. Bette smiled “A lady reveals nothing” she replied.

Alice: “you are far from a lady”

Bette: “Oh Alice you flatter me so”

Alice: “Come on Bette, im going to get an ulcer here.”

Bette: “Ok, ok. She kissed me.”

Alice: “She, kissed you? She? Kissed you?”

Bette: “This is what im saying but don’t read into it too much, she was drunk and I left before she made a mistake”

Alice: “It wasn’t a mistake, it was fate and you can’t change fate. Mark my words”

Bette: “You are crazy. It was a kiss, that’s it”

Alice: “Well you still want her don’t you?”

Bette: “Yeah, she’s amazing. I don’t know what it is about her Al. She this way about her, it’s irrresistable”

Alice: “And the fact that she is insanly hot.”

Bette: “Yeah…she’s hot” she replied trailing off into though.

Alice: “Alright well I gotta get going my lunch hour is almost over.” she said getting up from her chair.

Bette: “See ya later”

Bette got up from her chair and started to get ready to go to lunch again when she heard Alice’s voice say “Hey Tina”
