Alice got in to her car and drove away. She didnt know where to go so she just drove around for a while before she decided to go home. Tina was watching TV, but Alice didnt even care to say hi, she just walked straight in to her room. She laid down on the bed, staring at the ceiling. Tears started to form in her eyes, and they rolled down her cheeks and then the pillow. She got angry at herself. Angry cause she reacted this way, angry cause she felt this way, and angry cause she didnt see this coming. She rolled over at her stomach and screamed in to the pillow. ***** Alice! You are so stupid! There was a knock on the door and Tina slowly entered the room. Al? She asked anxiously. Al, are you okay? yea, Im fine. Alice said hiding her face in the pillow. Just tired yknow! Im gonna try to catch up on some sleep. Night. Tina understood that Alice wasnt okay, but she left the room thinking that Alice would talk when she was ready. Dana was still sitting on the floor in her bedroom. She was kicking herself for doing this to Alice, for doing this to them both. After all, they had something together. She wasnt sure they did anymore, and it hurt inside to think about it. If she didnt have Alice, she didnt have anything. She didnt have Tonya and she didnt have Lara. Lara. The name was stuck in Danas head. She never meant to hurt Lara, but she had, without realizing it. She loved Lara, and shed always have the memories. But she didnt love Lara the same way she loved Alice. And Alice was the one she should paying attention right now. She had to find a way to make Alice trust her again. Dana got up from the floor, and she went in to the bathroom to take a shower. Her head was banging, but she had to go and see Alice. And before she could do that she had to wash away the feeling and scent of Lara. After the shower she got dressed and drove to Alices place. She knocked on the door and Tina came to open. Hey Dana She said. Oh, Um. Hey Tina. Dana blushed a little. Um, is Alice here? Yea, she is. I dont think she wants to see anyone though. Tina said. Oh, err, well, I have to talk to her. Um. Well, okay. Dana walked in to Alices apartment. Shes in her room? She asked Tina who nodded a little. Dana walked towards Alices door. She knocked a little before she opened it and entered the room. Alice was lying with her face down in the pillow. Dana felt a sharp pain in her chest. She didnt want Alice to hurt like this. Alice was her best friend and if some other girl had done this to her Dana would be pissed. But it wasnt some other girl who had hurt Alice. It was Dana herself. She closed the door and walked towards the bed. She sat down beside Alice. Tee, I said I wanted to be alone. Alice mumbled in to her pillow. Alice Dana said. Alice heard who it was, but she couldnt bring herself to look at Dana. Alice I am sorry. Dana said with tears in her eyes. Yea, well, me too Alice mumbled. Are there anything I can do to earn your trust again? Dana asked. I dont know Dane. Alice said quietly. Ill do anything. Anything for you. I cant stand see you hurting like this. Well, then you shouldnt have fucked Lara. Alice said. What the ***** did you think? Alice looked up at Dana for the first time, her eyes was red after all the crying crying. I dont know Dana. I honestly dont know. Dana stared down at the floor. She started to cry. Al, I know I screwed up. Big time! But Im willing to repair the damage! Yea, well, shouldve thought about that before ***** Lara! Alice told her. Dana didnt say anything after that. She sat on the bed staring at the floor for a couple of minutes before she left the room, left the apartment. She got in to her car and drove away. She didnt know where to go, but she didnt want to go home. She didnt know what to do so she called Shane. Hello? Shane answered. Hey. Hey Shane? Dana asked. Yea, this is me. Hi, its me, Dana. Dana was crying. Who, wha, whats wrong Dane? Shane asked. I didnt know who else to talk to. Dana said. Hey, thats cool, want me to get to your place? Actually Im not at my place, can I come to you instead? Yea, sure. Ill be here waiting. Shane said. A few minutes later Dana were at Shanes. She knocked on the door and Shane opened it, finding her friend in tears. Oh, Dane, come in. She said and took a hold of Danas arm pulling her in to a hug. Dana started to cry even more. Shane stroke her back trying to give comfort to her friend, but it wasnt that easy not knowing what had happened. Hey, Dane, its okay. Everything will be okay. She said. No it wont. Dana said. Dana pulled out of the hug and stared at Shane. Whats wrong Dana? Shane asked in worry. Did you and Alice have a fight or something? Dana looked down at the floor. I screwed up. I screwed up so bad! Why? What happened? Shane asked. Dana looked in to Shanes eyes. Um. I was going to break up with Lara. Dana said. And I dont know how it happened but I fucked her Shane. Dana blushed a little under the tears. Shane looked at her with an unreadable expression in her eyes. Does Al know this? She asked. Yea, I told her.. Dana said, looking down at the floor again. wish I didnt though, god she was so hurt. And I understand her Shane, I do. Well, Dane, everyone screws up sometimes, you screwed up big time, but that isnt the end of the world. Yea, it is. Cause Al hates me now. God, even I hate me. I just wanna take everything back. Shane pulled her in to a hug again. Everything will be okay Dane. She said. Hey, do you want some coffee? Thatd be nice. Dana answered and they went in to the kitchen. Dana sat down on a chair by the small table in Shanes apartment. Shane made them coffee and sat down on the other side of the table. They drank their coffee in silence, neither of them knowing what to say. It was getting dark outside and time for Dana to be getting home. Are you gonna be alright? Shane asked at the door. Yea, yea, sure. Dana answered. thanks for listening Shane. Any time. Dana got in to her car and drove to her apartment. She got surprised when she noticed Alices car in the driveway.
