The pain inside….
I sat in a dark living room as the radio played….”These are my confessions…man I am thrown and I dont know what to do…I guess I got to keep part two of my confessions, if I am going to tell it then I got to tell it all…this going to be the hardest think I think I ever had to do, got me talking to myself asking how I am going to tell you… Leave it to Usher to tell a story thru music.
I sit here in a pool of tears as I just wait for my life to restart or to erase the last month and pickup before we lost the baby.
As I finally bring myself back to consciousness I hear the phone ringing in the distance
Bette: Hello?
Hey baby sis, I was just calling to check in with you. How are you? Have you and anything to eat today?
Bette: How can I be? The woman I love has left me, I cant stop crying and I am not hungry! Its been two weeks; I cant sleep let alone walk into the bedroom. I cant bear to sleep in our bed. The physical scars of our last night are fading but the emotions are not subsiding if not gaining strength and weight on my chest. Kit, I know I have done T so wrong, I dont expect her to forgive me but I cant live without her.
Kit: You cant expect her to forgive and walk in the house like nothing happened.
Bette: I know this
Kit: You have to give her time to understand her own feelings and absorb the effects of the tornado you have spun her world into.
Bette: I just want her to know, it was a mistake, all my heart belongs to her and I want us to be a family together.
Kit: Dont force her to come to terms with this todayit is going to take time to understand her feelings and realize thisyou were her first Bette, she only knows the love she has felt for you and to her it has been her forever after.
Bette: Thanks Kit, I appreciate your thoughts Ill call you tomorrow
Bette: hung up the phone and thought about how could she start to mend the heart she broke…for what she asked herself? Was it worth it? Did it make me feel better? Was it something that I needed and wasnt getting at home or was I just being self-indulgent with someone I knew I could have?
As she sat there contemplating what to do, she had to hear Tinas voice
Bette picked up her cell phone and dialed the number
Hello.
Baby, I miss you so much.
