Tina knew she was going to have to talk to Eric. She hated to have to do this, but she could not deal with her emotions regarding Bette. She already felt bad enough just kissing Bette. She just hated to hurt anyone. Tina walked into her house, with a heavy heart knowing that she had to talk to Eric tomorrow.

***at the airport

Tina immediately saw Eric walking toward her. She gave a quick wave and walked to meet him.

Eric: hey there babe, how have you been? I have missed you.

Tina: hello, I have been doing fine, busy with work, and I went to Bettes gallery last night. It was nice, she helped me pick out a piece, I am sure you will like it.

Eric: (leaning over to kiss Tinas cheek) thank you so much, you are just so sweet.

Tina: (thinking, sweet, ha) youre very welcome, I just hope you like it.

The drive to Erics was very quiet. Tina was not sure exactly how to go about talking to Eric about this. She was very nervous. Eric knew something was up with Tina, he just wasnt sure what it was. He kept looking at her, trying to figure out what she was upset about. Maybe work was bad, he thought.

Tina: Eric, umm, we really need to talk. I am just not sure how to go about it, how to even begin.

Eric: I am not liking where this is headed, Tina, so just spill it.

Tina: Oh, Eric, IwellII think maybe we should stop seeing each other. I feel that our relationship has reached its plateau. I have been trying to find the romance and it is just not here, I am so sorry Eric. I really think we need time.

Eric: (angry) so who the ***** is the guy Tina? This is not just about some damn plateau I want to know who the ***** the guy is.

Tina: there is no guy, Eric. I just feel that we are not growing. I think I would like to be alone for a while. I know this is difficult, Eric, and I have tried to think of what I can do, but, I cant do this to you Eric, I just dont feel it.
