Well, he will be going to an adoptive parent first.he will stay with that family until his parent or parents are found..at which time, they will be asked to sign over all rights for him.then he will go to another foster homewhere he will be adopted out.
So, he is going to be shifted around from house to house.adoptive parent to adoptive parent until you find his mother or father? asked Tina as she stood up.

With all due respect mam.I am only doing my joband for that matter, you have only known this little guy for an hour or so.we couldnt possibly let him stay hereneither of you are foster parents..You arent certified with the state of California to be foster parents.
