Bette: (putting her arm around Tina)… Well baby what do you think…
Tina: I think it’s going to look great…
Candace sees this… and she smiles… I knew my gaydar was right… it’s always right… I hope you’re a stay at home girl friend… we could have a little loving in the afternoon… make that a lot of loving in the afternoon…

Candace continued with her estimate… the girls were all talking…
Linda: You know girls you could just put up Paneling… then there would be no need for painting… and easier to keep clean…
Tina: that’s a great idea… I love paneling and with all of the different styles they have these days…
Candace: I was also going to suggest that to you… it would save a lot of time… there would be no need for taping…
Bette: well paneling it is…
Alice: rats… I had my heart set on painting…
Candace: oh you will still have some paining… but not the whole apartment…
Tina: we all could run over to Home depot this afternoon…
Candace: if you are I’ll give you the list of what I will need… this way they can deliver it all at the same tome…
Bette: ok… that sounds like a plan…
Candace: don’t forget to look at the kitchens and bathrooms… they have a lot in stock… it could be one stop shopping for you and everything could be delivered tomorrow…
Linda: that’s good I can stay here and wait for everything…
Candace: and this is what I would want to do my work…
Bette and Tina look at the estimate..
Bette: not a problem…
Candace: its realty a nice job… not too much work… the hard parts are done… the outside walls…
Lisa: Good I can’t believe I could be in here in about a week…
Candace: they even have plumbers on staff… ask for names… and I know Chas is doing the electric… so if you have everything here I see no reason why everything couldn’t be done in a bout a week… a Plummer is all you have to get…
Tina: ok we will do all of this this afternoon and I’ll get back with you later on tonight…
Candace: good here’s my card… call me… anytime…
Bette takes the card from Tina…
Bette: we will… as soon as we get home… Tee could you come with me for a minute…
Tina: sure… Thank you Candace… and see you tomorrow…
Candace: I look forward to it… have fun shopping ladies…
Bette: Tee are you up for all of this shopping…
Tina: Bette please… don’t start treating me with kit gloves… believe me if I’m too tired I will tell you… its not like I’m the one who’s going to load all of this stuff into a truck…
Bette: I know baby… but I worry… and I love you and baby Tee…
Tina: and we love you very much… but we are fine…
Linda walks in…
Linda: everything all set…
Tina: yes we are all set… you got the credit cards babe…
Bette: yeah and I also grabbed some gift cards… so we can have dinner out…
Tina: great… lets go…

I too hated that Bette showered alone! Since you mentioned “dominating” I can’t wait to see Bette go all dominatrix alpha in kicking CandyAss’ ass if she make a move on her pregnant wife!
Aww. So sweet. I hope Linda doesn’t leave Tina alone with Candace. Or you know, maybe Tina could vomit on her if she tries anything. Bette was so freaking adorable in this one.

Good thing they told Mom about the pregnancy earlier, otherwise she might take Tina’s puking up her breakfast the wrong way. Everybody but Candace should feel better having her around.

AMG, Another wonderful chapter. Good to see that Bette has her eyes on Candace. She just knows that CandyAss can’t be trusted. Loved the gentle way that Bette cares for Tina during her pregnancy. Thanks for not leaving Lisa or Tina alone with you know who. I would not like to hear about any blood being spilled in the new apartment and that would happen if you know who touched Lisa or Tina.

Reading this reminded me all I’ve had for breakfast is a granola bar and three cups of coffee. lol I refuse to get up super early just so I can eat breakfast before work.
