    Bette Porter gets what she wants and she wants Tina…

    “I would like to ask you a really important question.”  Bette intensely looks into the blonde’s hazel eyes.

     

    Tina concentrates on not becoming completely lost in that gaze.  “Okay…”

     

    “Well, do you…” Bette was unable to complete her question to the blonde because she is interrupted by a persistent tapping on her shoulder. 

     

    Bette briefly closes her eyes, which she is not happy about because she is losing precious seconds of absorbing the beauty of her mystery blonde, and inhales slowly to keep her cool.

     

    ‘Impeccable timing, Alice Pieszecki!  I swear I’m going to rip your fucking tongue…’

     

    Bette turns around and to her shock; it is not Alice at all…

     

    Back at the corner table, Alice is trying to fill Dana and Shane with the details.  Three shots later, the reporter’s facts are having a hard time coming to surface, much to the frustration of the other two women.

     

    “So you pushed Bette?”  Shane asks in shock.

     

    “YES!”  Alice giggles.

     

    “And you’re still alive?” Shane questions, looking for any battle scars.

     

    “Yes!  I shoved her right into the arms of her Burberry blonde!”  Alice squeals excitedly.

     

    “Burberry Blonde is HERE?  At The Factory?” Dana is unable to contain her excitement.

     

    “Guys, she’s right THERE!” Alice laughs, pointing to the bar where Bette and the blonde at standing.

     

    Shane smiles.  “Fucking patience and faith!  Way to go, Bette!”

     

    Dana puts her arm affectionately around Alice.  “You did well, Al.  If it weren’t for you being Friday Night’s Social Director, this may not have happened.”

     

    Shane acknowledges Alice’s actions.  “Also, looking for a piece of ass and shoving Bette led her right to her dream woman.”

     

    Alice is beaming with pride and there are happy high fives all around.

     

    Suddenly, the three friends notice a pair approaching Bette and the expression on Porter’s face.

     

    “Oh fuck!”  Alice’s eyes were opened wide.

     

    Dana grabs a Piece of Ass shot from the table and downs it.  “Uh Al…I think we’re going to need more ass.”

     

    Shane downs a shot too.  “It will be okay…if anyone can handle the situation…”

     

    By the point everyone has had their Ass and agree, “It’s Porter.”

    3. The girls were right; Bette Porter can definitely handle herself. I’m amazed at her control. Of course, I’m *still* laughing at Queen Elizabeth, but again – I digress. Loved this update – loved the fire in Bette and the bit of jealousy from Tina. Cheers ~ LilG

    5. Now that is the way to let someone know that you are interested in them. Ask a question and fluster the other person enough to allow them to not engage their brain and say, No you are gorgeous. Love the story.

    11. Bette did the right thing in controlling her temper with those two guys and nicely sent them off. Tina was right in saying that Bette was not CUTE but GORGEOUS. OK, so are they are ti introduce themselves to each other like Tanishaa has indicated. Tina’s in so much fucking trouble. I was we could trade places. AWESOME update. I’m still taking my heart meds just in case. PPS

    13. jeeez…those two jerks just didnt know when to stop. i loved the way bette made them shut up, though. who could blame tina…bette is indeed gorgeous! and we shouldnt let such beauty go to waste…Awesome chapter, girl! loved every page of it!
