    Chapter 26- Bette deals with the consiquences of her absence.

    Chapter XXVI

     

    I spent the rest of the night playing with Angelica. She was so much bigger now. She could walk and talk even though it wasn’t always clear. I still answered as if I knew what she was talking about.

    I explained to her that she was going to have a baby sister or brother. She was happy with the thought that she was going to be a big sister. Eventually she fell asleep in my arms. I took the opportunity to focus on her head of curly hair. She really looked just like me. Except she had Hazel eyes and Tina’s smile.

    Tonight didn’t go as I had planned. I didn’t expect for Tina to just remain waiting for me. She was in all her right to date Kate. I knew Kate was a nice and she could give Tina more then I probably ever could. At least some form of normality.

    My fight would never stop and I didn’t expect her to understand. I, now had a bigger responsibility. I had to make sure this angel that was now sleeping soundly had everything she would need to be a great queen. My life would really just be about war. As long as she didn’t have to fight as many planets once it was her turn.

    I hoped she would understand someday why her mama’ wasn’t always there. Why I had to fight everyday just to make her life easier.

    I knew deep down Tina would eventually hate me. I was doing everything in my power for them. Except now that I was back I was ready to make her my queen. Either way I could now truly be honest and tell her everything.

    I continued to softly play with her curls. If only she knew how lucky I truly was to be alive.

     

     

    ‘It had been weeks now and I was still fighting King Henry. He sent his troops outside his planet and we had been shooting at each other, ever since.

    I knew he wasn’t in any of the ships I was fighting against by their formation. My main concern was finding a way to teleport into his castle. I wasn’t concerned of his military. I wanted his crown.

    6. Great to have you back.Bette is a queen warrior and Tina should have understood that if she read the prophesy. After all Bette is pregnant of her children.I missed this story big time.

    7. omg..this is sad…But i know Tina knew that Bette love her…and she once touch Bette’s tummy right?..and she feels the connection.. ..Wish Tina would not tempted to try a “Different” kind food? hehe!… well what can i say?…My mind is always in the gutter. lol!

    11. So, Bette’s been busy, but I guess Planet Roader is no longer a threat. I’m glad Bette got a handle on her anger and spared the Prince’s life. Let’s see how Tina takes Bette’s return and explanation… and Bette’s possible marriage proposal. How I’ve missed this story, b-b, I’m so glad you’re back. Hope you had a blast at pride and over the 4th, and thanks for the chapter! :)
