The entire time Bette kept her arm around Tina’s waist in an affectionate yet possessive way. It was very cute the way Bette was so protective, silently telling the entire world that Tina was completely off limits.
As the women neared the large elevators, they were waved over by a small group of people all wearing t-shirts with the name "Inquirer" printed on the front.
"T, maybe we should just head upstairs" Bette protested as Tina grabbed her arm and tugged her toward the group, "I don’t trust The Inquirer . . or any other magazine for that matter"
"Don’t worry so much baby. I’ll just answer a question or two and then we’ll go upstairs. The last thing I want is for them to peg me as some stuck up brat who can’t even dedicate five minutes to answer a few questions"
"Oh yeah, we can’t have that" Bette said, her tone dripping with sarcasm. Tina smirked and tossed her girlfriend a look over her shoulder.
Once Bette and Tina reached the group of People magazine, the reporters wasted no time in firing off question after question. The first few were fairly easy, they asked questions about where Tina’s childhood, how did she and Bette meet etc.
The brunette was a little uneasy, especially when the questions about Ava began to surface. With her years of experience, Bette knew all about the media’s talent to dig for information and she knew things would only get messy from there on in.
"Come on sweetie, we should be getting upstairs" Bette grabbed Tina’s hand and gestured her head toward the elevators.
"W-wait!" The desperate reporter called out in an effort to keep the rising star around, "Tina, inquiring minds have to know . . how did it feel to steal your cousin’s girlfriend?"
Tina’s eyebrows knitted together in confusion as she opened her mouth to speak but Bette was quickly on the reporter, turning around and gently tugging Tina to her side.

Great update! Sam deserved more punishment coz she not only wronged Tina but also Bette as she was with Ava for all those months cheating behind there back’s when they were not even together!! PPVS thanks Liah :)
Amazing when life catches up to you and kicks you hard in the behind. Sam and Ava get their just rewards. But, we all know that Bette and Tina were destined for one another so Sam had to be selfish and take Tina for granted and Ava had to be so egocentric that she couldn’t see past the nose on her face to appreciate Bette. REvenge may be sweet but it doesn’t pay off. Way to go Tina and Bette! Thanks for the wonderful update!

The paparazzi aren’t going to let up, are they? They wouldn’t be living up to their name if they gave up so quickly. Sam got what was coming to her, and even then, she got off easy. She’s lucky Tina kept Bette in check and vice versa. Ava should probably quit while she’s ahead… her eventual take down is going to have to be *epic*. Thanks for the post, Liah! :)

Thanks Liah for amazing update!! :-) ugh.. You have no idea how much on the edge I was when reading and keep wishing the truth of the affair to come out! And what a great celebration (in my mind) as it finally out and in a way showing off how bright is Tina! … So one is down for team Tibette! Now one more to go… Or is she fixing her broom before flying off as Helena said!?! :-p PPVS and thanks again!! :-)
Well, the old saying “you reap what you sow” is never more in evidence than what we just read. So glad Tina figured out that it was ava in their bed that day and that ava was a bigger piece of sh*t than Tina had thought, including sam. Tina should have let Bette have a “verbal” go at sam and that is all it would have taken anyway. Now for Ava, if she had any sense at all she would have left the building after Tina shot down sam and she was escorted from the building. And since we know ava is not that smart and her ego would have her stay and cause more trouble, let’s hope she is the one to get the beat down that she deserves. Hopefully Tina will get to deliver that right hook that she wanted to display earlier in the story. Just let her cold cock ava just this once please. Because that is what it will take for her to leave them alone. She then needs to be picked up by her armpits and taken enbarassingly from the room trying to convince others that she has been wrong when everyone has seen that she is the root cause of the problem. She needs to be embarrassed so badly that she can not show her face in public for at least a year, by then her career? is at a standstill, so much so that not even the National Inquirer would want to talk to her.
