    Wedding Day pt. 2

We were finally married, I was finally completely happy. The reception was more amazing than I hoped for. All our friends and family were there and they were so happy for us. I was so happy that our families were so accepting and so supportive. We made our way around to everyone, talking and laughing. All the women gushed on how I proposed and how cute we looked.

We had been back and forth on what the song should be for our first dance. But we settled on a song that was magical. When Carmen called out for us to come to the dance floor, Tina’s eyes sparkled. I was looking forward to this my whole life, and now I had it.

As I spun her around the dance floor, she smiled and rested her head in that small spot on my shoulder between my neck and head that fit her so perfectly. Her hot breath sent chills down my spine. I started swaying her back and forth.

She’s a yellow pair of running shoes

    A holey pair of jeans

She looks great in cheap sunglasses

    She looks great in anything

    She’s I want a piece of chocolate

    Take me to a movie

    She’s I can’t find a thing to wear

    Now and then she’s moody

I wasn’t much of a country fan but the words swept over my body. Tina had me completely under her spell from the moment I met her. I loved the way she looks at all hours of the day, be it in her scrubs, her ”fat girl” clothes, or nothing at all. Her beautiful hazel eyes could hypnotize me. She has captured my heart and my soul. I never felt so connected with someone as I do with her.

    She’s a Saturn with a sunroof

    With her brown hair a-blowing

She’s a soft place to land

    And a good feeling knowing

    She’s a warm conversation

That I wouldn’t miss for nothing

    She’s a fighter when she’s mad

    And she’s a lover when she’s loving

She makes me lose my breath, with each day that passes. I couldn’t ask for more in a woman. She’s my dream girl, she’s the reason I live. It feels as if I am dreaming, and I am afraid to wake and realize that this is a dream.
