“so Ashley! Welcome back…” Damien said

“thanks! It’s good to be back…it’s uh…it’s defiantly been a while.” She told them

“so I guess we’re lucky because you brought someone with you today right? Well actually we invited both of you, and finally we could get you two here together…” he said

“yeah…” she said laughing “…um Spencer’s here with me…yeah finally” she said then everyone started screaming and cheering as I came out holding my microphone

“wow…wow I wish I got cheering like that when I came out…”

“aw you do Damien…” I told him

“yeah but they hold up those signs that tell them to start cheering” he said and both of us laughed and so did everyone else “but anyways…you guys are like this huge icon because well…unlike a lot of celebrity couples you’ve gotten back together…” he told us “…and it’s been what over a year now?”

“yep…well over a year” Ashley told him then she put her arm around my waist

“that’s just awesome” he said and everyone clapped again and we both just laughed because we were nervous “so responding to like…those parents out there that don’t support gay couples, what do you say to that? Especially when those are the parents of some of your fans Ashley…” he asked her

“um…wow that’s a good question…well at my shows I’ve defiantly had people ask me like when I came out and when I knew was a right time, but there’s no right time you know? Either way the reactions going to be something you don’t expect…and I guess that’s how it is with the fans…I mean love me or hate me…I am who I am, I’m changing that just because some parents don’t approve…like my mom sure as hell doesn’t approve of my gay lifestyle…” she said

“yeah but it’s like not really even some typical gay love style…the only gay aspect of it is that we’re together…it’s not like we’re shaving our heads and buying motorcycles…” I said and everyone laughed

“so both of you…I mean what do you have to say to those kids out there that are afraid to come out to their parents?” he asked us

“um…there’s no right time to do it…” Ashley said

“yeah I mean you’ll be nervous and there is that chance your parents wont approve and that’s scary to hear and terrible but it does happen…” I told them
