    James’s POV

    A little over two months and nothing. I can’t believe this. We’ve tried everything and still nothing. You’d think a 2 million dollar reward would of gotten us some great leads but no every single one we pursued led us to a dead end. God this is going to end badly. Too much time is passing by.

    Miss Ashley is getting worse and worse as each day goes by. She’s barely eating or sleeping. She spends her time pacing the living room and calling me every hour or so to see if we’ve found her yet. Hell, she doesn’t even cry, scream or yell anymore. Every time I tell her no we haven’t found her yet she just looks down and continues to pace. The look on her face is one of so much pain and anguish it breaks my heart. If this keeps up she’s going to end up getting really sick or worse yet killing herself.

    So here I am sitting in my office next to the penthouse doing the same thing I’ve been doing for the last 2 months. Checking the GPS praying that what ever is jamming it goes away, looking through the tips we got the day before to see if anything is worth pursuing, and calling the LAPD to see if they’ve found anything. But the thing I do most is pray that we finally get something good, that we find her alive. By god when we do find her I’m going to make sure that whoever took her pays with tears and blood. They will suffer.

    A knock at my door brings me back to reality. I call out, “Come in”

    Greg walks in carrying a package, he hands it to me and says, “That package came in today with Miss Ashley’s mail. It looked suspicious to me because it doesn’t even have a return address. If feels like a tape is in there.”

    I look at it and frown. It does look funny. Hmm…we never open her mail but I think today I’ll make an exception. I have a weird feeling about this.

    As I’m thinking about what to do I hear Greg ask, “Well are we going to open it or not?
