A Typical Teenage Mind – (Chapter: Twelve)

Unfortunately it starts to come to the end of the song and she slows down again. She panting out small breaths of air, as the music comes to a stop. When a big cheer erupts from behind them she turns around shocked to see the basket-ball team saw. When did they come in?

She quickly shakes it off. “Okay girls, that was amazing, we still need to work on it a bit though so same time tomorrow.” She shouts out and they start to filter out, high-fiving each other and the basketballers’ start up training.

Jamie comes up to me and whispers down into my ear. “I suggest you try and cool off Davies. You actually have to stand up in a minute. Good job you don’t need a big book isn’t it?” I shoot her a death glare at her playful words and she just smirks at me before jogging off.

Spencer is next to come up to me. “What did you think?” She asks, still out of breath.

I look over her features, soft raising of her chest. A thin sheet of sweat coating her skin. Lips parted and eyes glazed over. She looks gorgeous. “You were amazing. But what, may I ask, was it for?”

“Our squad got entered for a dance-off. Not a cheer one, a normal dance-off. Five of us can compete, but I’m training the rest just in case. Isn’t it amazing?” She looks so excited.

“A dance-off? Really? Spence that’s great. I always knew you would do better than a dancer gone retarded.” I said quoting one of her favourite film. She slapped me playfully. I pulled her by the hips into me and she closed her eyes. “Seriously, that was fucking hot.” I mumbled close to her lips.

“It was for you. I’d never dance like that for anyone else.” I was just about to kiss her when I remembered my surroundings. I looked sharply around to make sure nobody had noticed. They didn’t thank god. The last thing I need is for Aiden to find out. Or worse, Glen. Her mum would crucify her. Spencer looks around as well, embarrassed. “Let’s get out of here?”
