Vivian has decided to finish her Vivster moment and begins to

walk back to the bus. She puts on her mp3 player. Wild Ride

by Lori Michaels begins to play as she secretly smiles.

 

VIVIAN (O.S.)

Wow I am a little surprized that I

actually did that. I am almost

proud of my self. I do not even

want to do damage control when I

get back on the bus, they saw what

they saw and they can interpret it

however they want to because I

think I just reminded Aster of our

first time in the park where i was

like Yea shes mine. Yes! I think

this trip was just what I was

looking for.

INT. AUNT JODIES HOUSE

 

Aunt Jodie is sitting at the table eating Chineise take out.

When Vivan walks through the door with such a huge smile on

her face.

 

AUNT JODIE

Hey Vivian.

 

VIVIAN

Oh Hey.

 

AUNT JODIE

What are you smiling about so much.

 

VIVIAN

Oh I just had a REALLY good day in

the city.

 

AUNT JODIE

You miss it there don't you.

 

VIVIAN

Yea I did not realize just how much

I missed it until I came back.

 

AUNT JODIE

Did you see your friend Aster while

you were there?

 

VIVIAN

I was not supposed to it was a

school trip but I was able to sneak

a little time for her.

 

AUNT JODIE

That's good. She seems like a

really good girl. Does she have a

boyfriend yet?

 

VIVIAN

Haha no I think I would know if she

had a boyfriend. I mean there is

Break but he is like every girls

boyfriend.

 

AUNT JODIE

VIVIAN

Aster knocks at the door Aunt Jodie answeres the door.

ASTER

Did not know we were on a first

name basis.

 

AUNT JODIE

Any one of Vivians friends is on a

first name basis with me.

 

ASTER

Good to know but who else visits

with Vivian?

 

AUNT JODIE

Just Sophie but that was when they

were like 10.

 

ASTER

Is she here yet? Vivian I mean.

 

AUNT JODIE

Yea she is but she is a little

tired so I would go in quietly.

 

ASTER

Will do. I do not think she will

mind me being here.

 

AUNT JODIE

She is up-stairs. Quick question.

Wow those are really nice flowers.

 

ASTER

Yea i was just really hungry since

I don't usuially like have

breakfast. And the flowers are for

Vivian just so when we are away we

can still be reminded of "friends"

in the city.

 

AUNT JODIE

INT. VIVIANS ROOM-WEST CHESTER

 

Aster comes up the stairs with the flowers there is a soft

knock on Vivians door.

 

Vivian opens the door.

 

VIVIAN

Aster!

 

ASTER

It seems as if you are surprized.

 

VIVIAN

I just did not know that you were

coming.

 

ASTER

Well I am here now. So what are you

going to do?

 

Vivian smiles

 

VIVIAN

I am going to take these flowers

and pick up where you left off.

 

ASTER

I like this new you.

 

VIVIAN

Nothing has changed.

 

(two second pause)

 

There is a knock at the door.

 

Aster opens the door

 

A nervous Sophie is standing there. Aster bites her lower

lip.

 

ASTER

Sophie

Aster hi.
