Spencer had not slept well that night she had tossed and turned full of dreams that shifted between Ashley and Kyla. The brunette Davis sisters were plaguing her mind and had prevented her from achieving a good nights sleep. But upon waking from a full half an hours sleep to the sound of her alarm, Spencer had come to a decision. She knew which one was right for her, it was Kyla; the short girl had been there for her and made Spencer happy. She had spent the last part of her relationship with Ash in pain, she felt second best to Aiden. Kyla had never made her feel anything else but special and when Kyla looked at her she felt like she was the only one. It was just difficult, when she was with Kyla she knew that she was who she wanted and the second that Ashley came around her, Spencer’s mind became fuzzy. She climbed out of bed cert on seeing her girlfriend knowing that they needed to talk, she had attempted to call the girl when she got in but Kyla had not answered. And it had been the fear in the pit of her stomach that made her realise that maybe she was more deeply involved with Kyla than she considered…Spencer thought that perhaps she was starting to fall in love with Kyla.

Kyla retreated to the girls toilets when she spotted Spencer, she was not ready to talk to the blonde yet, she wasn’t sure what there was to say. Kyla had seen Ashley that morning and she’d been unusually happy and it had told her nothing had changed. Part of her had hoped that her words yesterday might have stirred something inside the blonde and she may have attempted to tell Ashley; no such luck. Maybe Aiden had been right there was no way that Spencer was ever going to be with her completely because she still loved Ash, and probably would always love Ashley and only her. The thing that hurt was that Kyla had recently realised that she had fallen in love with Spencer. They had been sitting in Kyla’s car and there was nothing special about the day they had gone shopping. Spencer had been randomly talking and Kyla found herself hanging on every word and then the sun had caught her crystal blue eyes; in that moment she felt the love she had for Spencer as a friend change and deepen. It had been on her lips threatening to fall out on a number of occasions but she had managed to keep it held in. Kyla had changed a lot when she had come here, the biggest change was that she no longer rushed into sex and had random one night stands. But her and Spencer had still yet to sleep together, they’d had moments that almost led up to it but one of them had always stopped it. This made her question whether Spencer could not sleep with her because her body still belonged to Ashley.
