“I can’t believe the doctor was wrong about what it was… I mean she’s the professional right… she should have known.”  Ashley beamed as they were on their way home from the doctors.  Ashley had been talking non-stop about how surprised she was… and how wrong the doctor was.  She hadn’t given Spencer any clues, but she was annoying the hell out of the blonde.

“Ash, are you going to ever stop rubbing it in my face?”

“What?  It’s not like I’m going to be talking about this forever, I just wanna relish in the moment.  I swear by the time, we get home, I won’t bring it up again.”

“Thank you.”

“So… now that I know the sex… When are we telling your parents?  You said you wanted to wait, and I think that this is as long as we can wait.”

“I know, I just want to enjoy this without my mom’s drama.”

“I get that, but don’t you want to tell your dad?  Clay?  Even Glen will be excited.  What do you say?  How about I call and tell your dad we’ll come for dinner… tonight?”

“Yea, Clay and Chelsea always go on Thursday’s and I know Glen won’t miss out on a free meal.   You call my dad, and I’ll call Glen.”

“You got it.”

They made their calls and everything got set up to meet later that night for dinner.  They had a few hours so they went home and decided to watch a movie.

“Let’s see… how about Nine Month’s?  It’s a cute movie…”  Ashley picked up the movie and waved it towards the blonde who was already sitting on the couch.

“How about something that doesn’t involve babies?”

“Fine… I’ll stop, ok then…”  She picked out a movie, putting it in the player and then sitting close to her wife.

“What did you pick?”

“You’ll see.”  Ashley grinned as she placed her arm around Spencer’s shoulder bringing the girl closer to her.  Spencer chuckled as she laid her head on Ashley’s shoulder and stared at the screen.

“Ashley!! Are you serious?”  Spencer quickly sat up and away from the laughing brunette.

“What?!  We’re going to have a baby, we’re not gonna get to watch this stuff for much longer.”  Ashley scooted back towards the blonde kissing her neck as her hand started running up and down Spencer’s leg.
