Chapter 1 – Introduction.

I always wanted to make my family happy. Especially Rosalie seeing as what she wanted most was what my mother had. My family is one of the largest vampire covens ever – apart from the Volturi – but we don’t really call ourselves a coven because it never sounded appropriate. Our family had too much of a strong bond to be a mere coven. We are the Cullen family. A family of vampires. It all started with just Carlisle, but it now consists of (in order of joining the family) Carlisle, Edward (My father), Esme, Rosalie, Emmett, Alice, Jasper, Bella (My mother) and then there’s me. Odd. A half moon you could say. Just like my soul mate Jacob. My whole family is a whole something; vampire or human… still a whole. Then there’s me and Jacob. He’s half human half werewolf. A half. Me? I’m half human…half vampire. See, before I was born, everyone had found their soul mate, apart from Edward. Carlisle had Esme, Rosalie had Emmett and Alice had Jasper until Bella moved to Forks that is. Edward fell in love with Bella, lots of trouble happened though because she was still a human… he didn’t want to end her life for her – so he quoted. Then after awhile they got married Bella still being human of course; they then went on their honeymoon where Bella got pregnant. Hence I was created. No one knew what I was, dad wanted to kill me because I hurt mum so much seeing as I was growing so fast, that was until he heard my thoughts.

Then Jacob saw me and imprinted on me and lots of other stuff happened after that. Also to mention the fact that I’m 16 and I’ve only been alive for 6 years. Because I’m half vampire half human, I have traits from both aspects. I grow ever so fast and will stop aging at 17, which takes 7 years (So told by another half vampire half human… or as I call us, Half Moons) and yet I have a heartbeat and I bleed like other humans, though it takes a lot to cut through my skin because I have vampire skin. I can also survive on both human food and blood although I prefer blood.

But recently we’ve been doing some random topic in Science about freezing eggs – that’s when the thought came to me. Vampire’s bodies are preserved or frozen, which ever term suits you best; their bodies have merely frozen stopping them from growing like everyone else. We’ve already had proved to us that male vampires… reproductive system works. So maybe… just maybe there was another way to give Rosalie what she wanted. Hey, maybe even Esme and Carlisle would give it a go! The more half moons there was like me the better to be honest but that gave me another thought, seeing as Rosalie is indeed a vampire, and so is Emmett, would their baby be a full moon or a half moon? But then I also thought that her eggs were frozen from when she was human, so it might not be. Let’s start from my inspiration.
