    Blue eyes meet grey skies and you wonder what it is you miss

    Her soft gentle hands or her deep scorching eyes

    Your soul aches and your body tenses until you feel it

    The pressing of her lips, your heart melts

     

    A wave of love and wholeness engulfs you

    Carrying you to a place that exists only for this moment

    Where love is your air and her heart your shelter

    A silent tear of thankfulness escapes. You are complete

     

    Knowing that when lips part the oasis fades, you hold on

    And hold off the disconnect. Her lips are your escape

    In this moment, two bodies and two souls become one

    Warmth surrounds you and you hang in for one last moment.

     

    All good things must come to an end. Perfection is no exception.

    The space between you slowly grows and you feel weak

    Breathless from holding on to your paradise you begin to fall

    And in that moment your falling heart is caught by her adoring eyes.
