How Soon Is Now? – (Chapter: Running From The Rain)

    How Soon Is Now?
    Running From The Rain

    Ashley’s POV

It was late on a Friday night, you know the ususal partying and picking up some random girl and taking her home for some "quality time". But this night was different. I didn’t feel like picking up any girls I just wanted to find her and be with her. Music was blaring and desperate, horny boys were cheering on girls that were making out. "Hey Ash." Aiden said as he plopped down next to me on the couch.

    "Hey."

"No girls tonight?" he said slyly

"No. I’m not in the mood to tonight." I was still pissed off at him for going out with Spencer without telling me or anything, but for some odd reason I didn’t hate her. Odd, I know, but I still loved her. Something about her made me smile, she was the reason for living another day. I could hear Aiden rambling on about something but I didn’t care

"HELLO!! ASHLEY!!!" he screamed into my ear

    "Huh? What? Oh sorry."

"Spencer is standing over there alone," he had put emphasis on the word alone "now’s your chance."

"But I thought that you were going out with her?"

"I was going out with her. Go on." he said pushing me off the beer smelling couch. I walked over to her and didn’t say anything.

    Spencer’s POV

She walked over to where I was standing and an awkward silence fell over the room. We hadn’t talked in almost a week. Life was dull not having her to wake me up on weekdays to tell me good morning. An Ashley Parker Angel song started to play and she turned to me with golden brown eyes. "Would you like to dance?" she asked me shyly

"Sure." I started to blush. It felt good to have her talking to me again. We walked over to an empty place and started dancing slowly. "I’m sorry Spencer. It’s just everything was fucked up."

"It’s okay Ash. I’m just happy that you’re talking to me again. I felt so empty inside without you in my life."

"I felt the same way." she started singing softly to the song.

    I won’t let you go

    I thought you’d never leave

I want you to know how much you mean to me

    1. okay the story seems good but theres one thing that turns me off of some fanfics and thats when theres a big old dramatic coming out scene like with hitting and wat not so please don’t over do it. and as much as I like the movie D.E.B.S, I honestly think this story could use less D.E.B.S’ scenes. But I do like the story, Your doing a great job.
